是名人還是朋友對中高齡者器官捐贈意願影響的探討

Abstract

器官捐贈遺愛人間，對於醫療財政窘困的台灣，是一個相當值得重視的議題。過去對於器官捐贈的受贈條件，多半認為中高齡者已經不適合進行器官捐贈，然而事實並非如此。只要在器官健康的情況下，中高齡者依然適合進行器官捐贈。但根據社團法人中華民國器官捐贈協會的統計，2022年50歲以上簽署器官捐贈同意書的中高齡者僅占年度總簽署人數的7%，比例相當少。根據研究指出，影響中高齡者簽署器官捐贈意願的因素主要來自周遭的人，而除了親人之外，以朋友、名人推廣居多。在對議題不熟悉的情況下，中高齡者更可能受到推薦人的影響而提高簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願。本研究希望瞭解哪些人對於中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書有較大的影響力，並加入性別、宗教信仰、同理心、網路信任程度作為調節變項。本研究採用實驗法，依照研究結果顯示：一、推薦人為名人對中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願有正向的影響。二、推薦人為名人或朋友對中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願受性別調節。三、推薦人為名人或朋友對中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願不受宗教調節。四、推薦人為名人對中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願受同理心調節。五、推薦人為名人或朋友對中高齡者簽署器官捐贈同意書的意願受網路信任程度調節。Organ donation is an issue worthy of attention for Taiwan, which is struggling with financial difficulties in medical care. According to studies, factors affecting the willingness of middle-aged and elderly people to sign for organ donation are mainly from the people around them. Aside from relatives, these are mostly friends and celebrities. Under circumstances of not being familiar with the topic, middle-aged and elderly people are more likely to be influenced by the recommender to sign the organ donation consent form. This study hopes to understand who has greater influence on middle-aged and elderly people signing the organ donation consent form, and has added gender, religiosity, empathy, and online trust as adjustment variables. This study adopted experimental methods, and according to the research results: Recommendations by celebrities have a positive impact on the willingness of middle-aged and elderly people to sign the organ donation consent form.
