企業推動品格教育初探-以永光化學為例

Abstract
鑑於品格教育對社會、企業及個人所具之深刻影響力,本研究以「永光化學」公司推動品格教育之過程為個案,其研究目的為:(一)瞭解推動理念與目標。(二)瞭解實際執行情形。(三)探討員工對品格教育推動方式看法。(四)探討品格教育對企業及個人影響。(五)分析個案公司品格教育推動策略、問題與解決辦法。
研究者採用訪談法、問卷調查法及文件分析法進行研究,依據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下:(一)個案公司基於宗教信仰及企業經營理念而推動品格教育,推動目標強調對員工之價值觀塑造。(二) 品格教育推動後,深化愛心管理以吸引員工認同,並提升企業形象以獲得利害關係人信任。(三)推動策略以全員共同參與、建立正式流程系統、嘗試多元化教學方式、廣泛性之品格研習內容、以表揚肯定建立行為典範、以研討交流建立價值共識為主。(四)員工認同企業以正式教材、表揚事蹟、研討法推動品格教育;但員工知行仍有落差。(五)品格教育推動困難點在於欠缺計劃共識、落實執行能力與評鑑改善機制等。
最後根據結論,研究者建議企業推展品格教育原則:(一)高階主管支持及長期承諾。(二)訂定核心品格。(三)運用並落實多元教學方法。(四)結合管理機制塑造品格學習環境。(五)訂定品格教育評鑑及改善機制。
Character education deeply affects the society, business and industries, and each individual. Thus this particular study focuses on Everlight Chemical Inc.’s practice in promoting character education within its corporation. The objects of this study are: 1) To understand the aim and beliefs of this plan. 2) To grasp the course and situations of actual practices. 3) To learn about employees’ perspective on this method. 4) To identify the impact and results of this process. 5) To analyze the designed strategies, the occurring problems, and their solutions. To achieve the purposes above, this study makes use of interviews, questionnaires, and documentations. The results concluded are the following: 1) The company bases its plans on its religious belief and management values; the goal is to emphasize on how character education reshapes employees’ principles and attitude. 2) The tactics were to earn employees’ recognition by managing with care and enhancing the business’s image to win the trust of stakeholders. 3) The promoting strategies are that all must take part in order to build a procedure that is whole and withstanding; to try diverse methods that can help promote the character of the company and set a first-rate example in business; to use discussions and exchange of experience for bringing together common values and mutual understanding. 4) Employees consent to the company’s way of promoting using authorized materials, praise of work, and discussion. However, employees don’t always perform according to what they know. 5) The difficulties in promoting character education are: lack of joint strategies, the ability to carry out the measures, and assessments in addition to ways of improvement. The conclusion is that those who wish to promote character education in business should: 1) Gain the support and long-term commitment of management teams. 2) Establish moral characters. 3) Make use of diverse methods. 4) Shape the environment to go with the campaign. 5) Set up standard assessments to improve such projects.
