Abstract
本研究採自我敘說的方式,描述我身為一位接受不孕症治療並順利懷孕的女性,在孕期遭逢失落經驗的生命故事。本文以我的原生家庭及家族之社會脈絡,以生命故事敘說的方式描述我在婚後期待懷孕卻不孕,第二胎懷孕時面臨減胎及摯友罹癌過世的失落經驗。
本研究結果主要以故事來書寫我以一位不孕症女性的角色,於文中的生命故事中呈現有關原生家庭、家族期待、不孕與失落、減胎與失落及好友罹癌過世影響生命意義等議題。我在自我敘說研究的歷程中,透過書寫增進了追尋生命意義的自我覺知,並尋找從失落復原的療癒方法,也在回顧生命歷程中,進而找到一些生命經驗中所面臨的解答。
本研究主要貢獻是我透過自我敘說,藉由生命故事探索失落經驗返回自身的意義,並提供不孕女性和相關的心理和醫療專業人員在面臨不孕、減胎及面對死亡議題的建議。
This study adopts self-narrative, it’s my story of a female suffering infertility. This study explores infertile woman suffering the loss of hope for a child, multifetal pregnancies who receive fetal reduction in initial period, and one best friend suffer and died of terminal-cancer. Furthermore, the researcher discusses and explores issues about infertility and loss, praying for a son, social pressure and life meanings, etc. During the process of research narrating, I reveals the process of self-awareness and self-healing through self-narrating and interpretation. The contributions of my study is reconstructing and redefining the meanings of loss. I also provide suggestions of assisting infertile woman to associated professional person.
