科技接受模型與服務品質滿意度對使用者再次使用傾向之關係研究-以勞工安全衛生行動博物館展示科技為例

Abstract
本研究旨在探討技職學生對「勞工安全衛生行動博物館」服務品質與科技接受情況與差異,以及行動博物館的「初次使用經驗」的科技使用滿意度以及再次使用的行為傾向。本研究方法採取問卷調查法,研究對象為高雄市大寮區之學校學生為主,一般大學學生為輔英科技大學與和春技術學院學生,以及高中職學校之私立樂育高中、私立中山工商與私立高英工商學生,以隨機漫步取樣共有效樣本共369人,實施「行動博物館服務品質調查問卷」。最後,本研究描述統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定與路徑分析統計後,本研究結果如下:
1.勞工安全衛生行動博物館在服務品質已達良好。
2.勞工安全衛生行動博物館在資訊品質已達良好。
3.勞工安全衛生行動博物館在科技接受型模已達良好。
4.不同重要程度感受對於學生在勞工安全衛生行動博物館服務品質認為是重要的,不同性別與不同的學校類型則無差異。
5.不同重要程度感受對於學生在勞工安全衛生行動博物館資訊品質認為是重要的,不同性別與不同的學校類型則無差異。
6.不同重要程度感受對於學生在勞工安全衛生行動博物館科技接受模型認為是重要的,不同學校類型在覺知易用與覺知有用無差異,但再次使用行為則有差異。
7.不同重要程度感受對於學生在勞工安全衛生行動博物館科技使用滿意度認為是重要的,不同性別與不同的學校類型則無差異。
8.勞工安全衛生行動博物館的「再次使用行為傾向」以服務品質權重最高,其次才為「科技使用滿意度」,而「科技使用滿意度」則以資訊品質權重最高。
9.勞工安全衛生行動博物館以防火和聽力防護為印象深刻之單元。
This study aimed to discuss the Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum’s service quality from technological and vocational college students’ technology acceptance level. Moreover, the students’ satisfaction of technology usage of the mobile museum for the first time, and their reuse of it were also discussed. This study employed a questionnaire survey method with subjects including students of Daliao District, Kaohsiung Fooyin University, Fortune Institute of Technology, Sin-Guang Senior High School, Chung Shan Industrial& Commercial School and Kao Ying Industrial Commercial Vocational High School students. 369 people were sampled effectively by Random Walk Theory with a “Questionnaire on mobile museum service quality”. Finally, by using descriptive statistics, one-tailed one-sample t-test, independent-sample t-test and path analysis, this study found the following results: 1.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above a medium level in service quality. 2.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above a medium level in information quality. 3.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above a medium level in technology acceptance model quality. 4.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above important in service quality. 5.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above important in information quality. 6.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above a medium level important in technologh acceptance model quality. Students of different backgrounds differed in their behavior Intention of using the mobile museum again. 7.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum reached above important in satisfaction of technology use quality. 8.The mobile museum had the highest service quality weight in behavior Intention, followed by satisfaction of technology use. Among satisfaction of technology use, the mobile museum had the highest weight in information quality. 9.The Labor Safety and Health Mobile Museum’s most impressive units included fire prevention and hearing protection.
