運動績優生就讀非體育班動機及生涯規劃─以北一女中為例

dc.description.abstract摘要 本研究旨在瞭解北一女中運動績優生就讀非體育班動機及生涯規劃之現況,探討不同背景變項的運動績優生在就讀動機及生涯規劃之差異情況,並分析就讀非體育班動機及生涯規劃之相關情形,最後提出建議。透過問卷調查,以北一女中93學年度至102學年度入學之運動績優生為研究對象。問卷調查結果採描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關進行統計分析,所有顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果發現: 一、在就讀動機中,以「社會需求」平均得分高於「認知需求」、「自我實現」及「成就需求」。 二、16到25歲為生涯探索時期,故北一女中運動績優生對於「生涯自我探索」情形較佳,因缺乏對自我生涯的具體計劃及行動,故在「生涯抉擇行動」及「生涯環境探索」涉獵較少。 三、不同專長項目、入學管道之北一女中運動績優生,在就讀非體育班動機有顯著差異。 四、不同年齡、不同升學狀況之北一女中運動績優生,在生涯規劃上有顯著差異。 五、北一女中運動績優生就讀非體育班動機及生涯規劃呈現正相關。就讀動機之「自我實現」及「認知需求」為影響生涯規劃之「生涯環境探索」最主要的因素。 基於上述結果,建議學校經營運動績優生就讀非體育班時,對於學生生涯規劃及輔導方面,應思考如何貼近符合社會現實場域的實際現況,增加學生這部份的知能與探索,使運動績優生在未來升學及就業上更能掌握方向與脈動。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe motivation and career planning of students who are athletic talent in the general class-Take Taipei First Girls High School for example July, 2014 Author: Shih, Pei-Kai Advisor: Lin, Ching-Ping Abstract The purpose of this study was to understand the motivation and career planning for those who are athletic talent studying in general class. To probe into the differences of their motivation and career planning to those who are athletic talent based on variables of different backgrounds. And analyze the related condition of the motivation and career planning for those who study in general class. Finally, a proper suggestion can be proposed. Through questionnaire survey, students who are athletic talent for school year 93 to school year 102 in Taipei First Girls High School are used as a research object. Theresults of the questionnaire used descriptive statistical analysis, T-test, One-way ANONA and canonical correlation analysis to have statistic analysis of data. All the level of significance is α=0.5. The findings of the research results are as the following: 1. In the motivation of studying, the average scores of social demand is higher than knowledge demand, self-realization and accomplishment demand. 2. Since aged 16 to 25 is a period of career exploration, the students who are athletic talent have a better concept on career self exploration. Because they are lack of the solid plan and action towards self career, they spend less time on career selection and career exploration. 3. Students who are athletic talent with different specialties and ways of attending the schools have a significant difference in the motivation of studying in general class. 4. Students who are athletic talent of different ages and conditions of attending schools caused a great difference on their career planning. 5. The motivation of students who are athletic talent studying in general class is correlated with their career planning. The main factors affecting the career exploration in career planning are self-realization and knowledge demand in the motivation of studying. Based upon the results above, while the schools try to develop the students who are athletic talent studying in general class, they should think about more on how to closely to come up to the actual situation in society, specifically on the aspects of their career planning and counseling. By increasing the knowledge and exploration in those two parts, Students who are athletic talent can grasp the right way and keep up with the place in the future study and employment.en_US
