以漫畫輔助法律華語教學及教材設計

| dc.description.abstract | 法律華語屬於專業華語教學的分支學科之一,本身具特殊性,其教材脫離不了文字敘述,但法律語言一般給人艱澀難懂、不易閱讀的印象,因此教材研發具有很大的發展空間。為此,許多法律華語相關研究試圖引用不同類型的教學材料及教學法,以降低法律華語的學習難度。本研究欲探討漫畫作為法律華語教材的可行性及優勢,同時結合整體語言教學法的理論於課堂設計。本論文第一章提出研究動機及問題;第二章進行文獻探討,分析現有法律華語教學及教材的特點;第三章將上述理論應用並列出十課法律華語的教材大綱,再詳細編排其中三課教材;第四章選取其中「工作」一課進行實際教學試驗,在課後透過學習者填寫之滿意度問卷,分析課堂活動安排及教材設計,檢討問題並進行改正;第五章總結文獻探討及教學試驗成果,並歸納出結論,期許未來能將本研究之教材修訂完善並用於真實課堂中。本研究結果顯示,漫畫簡單易懂,同時具備趣味性、故事性及視覺輔助效果,可增加學習者的學習興趣,減少大量文字帶來的學習焦慮。同時,漫畫屬於真實語料,其中大量的口語慣用說法、俗諺也具備教學意義,呈現出台灣法治社會的風俗習慣及文化。從最終教學試驗的問卷回饋可知,不同程度的學習者均肯定漫畫作為法律華語的輔助工具,若妥善運用,可提升法律華語課堂的教學成效。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Legal Chinese is a specialized branch of Chinese for Specific Purposes, characterized by its unique linguistic features. Legal texts are predominantly narrative-based, and legal language is often perceived as difficult and obscure. Consequently, there is considerable room for the development of teaching materials.To address these challenges, many studies on Legal Chinese have attempted to incorporate different types of materials and methodologies to lower the learning barrier. This study explores the feasibility and advantages of using comics as Legal Chinese teaching materials while integrating the principles of the WholeLanguage Approach(WLA) method into course design. This thesis begins by presenting the research motivation and questions. Chapter Two reviews the literature and analyzes the characteristics of current Legal Chinese instruction and textbooks. In Chapter Three, a ten-lesson syllabus is proposed based on the theoretical analysis, with three lessons developed in detail. Chapter Four focuses on the lesson titled “Work”, which was selected for a teaching experiment. After the class, learners completed a survey. The results were used to analyze the classroom activity design and teaching materials, identify problems, and make necessary revisions. Chapter Five summarizes the literature review and teaching experiment findings, concluding with suggestions for future refinement and classroom application of the developed materials.The results of this study indicate that comics are easy to understand and engaging, offering both storytelling and visual aids to enhance learners' interest while reducing anxiety caused by dense legal texts.Additionally, comics contain authentic language, including colloquial expressions and idioms, which are valuable for instruction and reflect the customs and cultural aspects of Taiwan as a law-governed society. According to the feedback from the teaching experiment, learners of different language proficiency levels affirmed the use of comics as a supplementary tool for Legal Chinese instruction. When used appropriately, comics can improve the effectiveness of Legal Chinese teaching. | en_US |
