| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在建構企業講師能力指標以及講師評鑑回饋機制。本研究採用探索性因素分析與專家訪談進行資料蒐集、分析與整理。在指標方面,本研究建構的企業講師能力指標,可分為五大能力構面與25項能力指標。在評鑑回饋機制方面,獲致以下幾項主要結論:(一)企業內部的政策、規範和文化傳遞,以內部講師為主;專業知識與技能的講授,則多聘外部講師;(二)選擇企業講師的考量有專業能力、表達能力、教學熱忱、正面溝通與互動能力,以及口碑、預算等因素;(三)能以多面向的評鑑,如滿意度問卷、課程觀察以及訪談學員等形式,取得量化和質化資料,並透過口頭告知、email 和書面報告,將評鑑結果回饋給企業講師,供其做為改善之參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed at developing competency indicators and evaluation feedback mechanism for the corporate trainers. The purposes of this study were to explore competency indicators for the corporate trainers, and inquiry its evaluation feedback mechanism for the evaluation. In this study, exploratory factor analysis and expert interviews were used for data collection, analysis and consolidation. Through those process, 25 competencies in five major dimensions were identified. Besides, some major conclusions were made: (1) organization’s policy, rules and culture are basically conveyed by internal trainers, however, job-related knowledge and skills are taught by external trainers; (2) professional capability, expression capability, teaching enthusiasm, communication skills, reputation and budget are major considerations to recruit corporate trainers; (3) evaluation feedback mechanism includes (a) providing quantitative and qualitative results to trainers collected from satisfaction inventory, classroom observation and learners’paper reports, and (b) asking trainers for further improvement based on these results. | en_US |
