Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北市公立高中學生參與服務學習之現況,瞭解不同背景之個人背景變項在服務學習參與情形及學習成效上的關係,以及分析服務學習參與情形對學習成效的影響。
本研究採問卷調查法方式,以臺北市公立高中高一、二學生為研究對象,並編製「臺北市公立高中學生參與服務學習現況之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,進行抽樣調查,共發放26所學校1,040份問卷,有效問卷為973份,有效回收率為93.5%。並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、卡方檢定 (Pearson Chi-Square)、Kendall’s和諧係數等統計方法,進行資料分析後獲得以下主要結論:
壹、臺北市公立高中學生參與服務學習的學習成效達「中上」程度
貳、臺北市公立高中男、女學生在服務學習參與類型上沒有顯著差異;高一學生
傾向參與學校安排的服務類型,高二學生較多選擇參與「自己安排之服務」
參、臺北市公立高中學生在服務學習參與時數上,女生參與時數高於男生;而高
一、高二學生則沒有顯著差異
肆、臺北市公立高中學生在服務學習學習成效上,女生的成效高於男生;高一學
生高於高二學生
伍、臺北市公立高中學生參與服務學習類型,以參與「學校安排之分類服務」成
效最高
陸、臺北市公立高中學生參與服務學習時數,以參與平均時數「每學期8小時以
上」的學習成效最高
根據研究的結論,提供建議給教育主管機關、學校單位以及未來研究做參考。
The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of participating in service-learning of the public high school students in Taipei City, and to assess the relations between the backgrounds of students to their learning situations and to the effectiveness of service-learning, as well as, to analyze the impact of learning situations on the outcomes of service-learning. This study proposed a questionnaire method by using the questionnaire of " The Questionnaire of Studying Current Status of Service- Learning on Public High School Students in Taipei City " as a tool for the studying of tenth-grade and eleventh-grade students of the public high school in Taipei City, and conducted a sample survey to 26 schools of a total of 1,040 questionnaires, and gathered 973 valid questionnaires, the retrieval rate was 93.5%. The valid questionnaires collected were analyzed by using the independent-samples t-test, the Pearson Chi-Square test, and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance and other statistical methods. The main results and conclusions were summarised as follows: 1. The effectiveness of participating in service-learning of the public high school students in Taipei City achieved the level of medium-high. 2. There was no significant difference in the attending types of service-learning between the male and female students of the public high school in Taipei City. But, it was found that the tenth-grade students attended more programs of service-learning types arranged by their schools, and the eleventh-grade students likely attended the self-arranged programs of service-learning type. 3. It was found that the more service hours of service-learning attended by the female students then that by the male students of the public high school in Taipei City. But, there was no significant difference between the tenth-grade and the eleventh-grade students in the service-hour of attending service-learning. 4. The results of study revealed that the better effectiveness of service-learning attended by the female students then that by the male students of the public high school in Taipei City, and the better effectiveness of service-learning attended by the tenth-grade students then that by the eleventh-grade students. 5. There was a better effectiveness of service-learning as the public high school students in Taipei City attended the type of “classified services arranged by school”. 6. According to the results of study, there was the better effectiveness of service-learning achieved by the students of the public high school in Taipei City, as the students took the service-hour of “above eight hours in a semester”. Based on the results, they would give the recommendations to education authorities and schools, and for the references to the future studies.
