技術型高中資訊科輪調式建教合作班學生實習問題之深度訪談

Abstract

我國建教合作辦理提供學生能符應職場的技能,為國家之產業培育出許多基層專業技術人才。目前辦理建教合作模式以輪調式建教合作最為大宗,建教合作實施相關之議題仍是許多專家與研究學者關注之焦點。本研究旨在探討我國技術型高中資訊科輪調式建教合作班學生在建教合作機構中實習之現況與實習問題,以深度訪談之方式進行深度探究與分析,並依據研究結果提出對我國輪調式建教合作得以永續經營之建議。  我國《建教合作實施及建教生權益保障法》已完善了建教合作辦理制度與規範,保障了建教生的權益,辦理人員是否能確實落實乃是主要的問題所在。本研究結果歸納如下:(1)資訊科建教合作機構多屬規模較小之機構,於實習內容、交通距離存在困難與挑戰;(2)合作機構多以現場人員作為建教生訓練人員,詳細程度不同之教學方式影響學生之學習;(3)合作機構輔導人員多為舍監或駐廠老師;(4)學校課程與設備雖與業界所用有落差,但對建教生實習訓練銜接能有幫助;(5)少數學校於基礎與職前訓練未能完全落實;(6)機構人員對建教生權益認知與建教生性騷防治宣導仍有進步空間;(7)合作機構能視建教生狀況安排建教生崗位輪調訓練;(8)合作機構實務訓練為職場軟實力培養與基礎技能訓練;(9)建教生滿意實習訓練與休息時間安排,部分有經濟需求之建教生會另外打工;(10)少數學校未依規定落實訪視次數;(11)建教生尋求協助與輔導管道多;(12)僑生建教生實習環境友善,語言溝通、學習困難、與臺生相處及思鄉問題皆已解決;(13)建教生清楚津貼內容,且對機構福利感到滿意;(14)實習與住宿環境能符合基本規範,機構提供多項文康設施,且工作氣氛與人際關係良好,唯環境衛生仍有加強空間;(15)學校與機構間之聯絡協調辦理良好;本研究依據結果提供建議給行政機關、學校及建教合作機構參考,讓此領域之專業人才培育能夠永續進行。關鍵詞:技術型高中輪調式建教合作、資訊科、實習問題
The cooperative education program in Taiwan provides students with the skills to meet the needs of the workplace and nurtures many junior professionals for the country’s industries. The rotation-based educational cooperation is the most common mode of educational cooperation. However, issues related to the implementation of educational cooperation are still the focus of many experts and researchers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation and internship problems of the students in the rotational cooperative classes of information technology in Taiwan’s technical high schools. This study conducted an in-depth analysis through in-depth interviews, and based on the results of the study, suggestions for the sustainable operation of Taiwan’s rotational education cooperation were made.In Taiwan (The Act of the Cooperative Education Implementation and the Protection of Student Participants’ Right) has improved the system and regulations of cooperative education, and protected the rights and interests of cooperative education students. However, the main problem lies whether the staff can implement them. The results of this study are summarized as follows: (1) Most of the information technology and cooperative education are small-scale institutions, where there are difficulties and challenges in terms of internship contents and transportation distance; (2) Most of the partner institutions use field staff as trainers to train the students, therefore, teaching methods vary in detail which influences the students’ learning outcome; (3) The counselors of the cooperative institutions are mostly wardens or resident teachers; (4) Although there is a gap between the school curriculum and equipment and those used in the industry, it is still helpful for the bridging of internship training for cooperative education students; (5) Few schools failed to fully implement basic and pre-employment training; (6) There is still room for improvement in institutional staffs awareness of students’ rights and the prevention and control ofsexual harassment of cooperative education students; (7) Cooperative institutions can arrange post rotation training for cooperative education student depending on their situation; (8) Practical training in cooperative institutions for soft skills development and basic skills training in the workplace; (9) Cooperative education students are satisfied with the arrangement of internship training and rest time, some students with financial needs will work other part-time job; (10) A few schools failed to implement the number of visits as required; (11) There are many channels for cooperative education students to seek help and counseling; (12) The internship environment for overseas Chinese students was friendly, and the problems of language communication, learning difficulties, getting along with Taiwanese students and homesickness have been resolved; (13) Students are clear about the content of the subsidy and are satisfied with the benefits of the organization; (14) The internship and accommodation environment met the basic standards, the organization provides a number of cultural and recreational facilities, and the working atmosphere and interpersonal relationships are good. However, there is still room for improvement in environmental hygiene; (15) The liaison and coordination between the school and the institution are well handled. Based on the results of this study, we provided suggestions and recommendations to the administrators, schools, and cooperative organizations in the field of education, so that the training of professionals in this field can be carried out in a sustainable way.Keywords: Technical High School Rotary Cooperative Education, Information Technology Division, Internship Issues
