國中輔導人員角色壓力、輔導自我效能與職業倦怠之關係研究

dc.description.abstract本研究主要目的在瞭解不同背景變項之國中輔導人員在角色壓力、輔導自我效能與職業倦怠之差異情形,並同時探討國中輔導人員角色壓力、輔導自我效能與職業倦怠三者之關係。採用分層隨機抽樣的方式,自台北縣市、桃園縣三個地區,按照學校規模大小為分層標準,共抽取國中輔導人員366人為研究對象。本研究採問卷調查法進行資料收集,所使用的研究工具為研究者自編之「國中輔導人員工作狀況調查表」。調查所得之資料,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析以及典型相關分析等統計方法進行處理。主要研究結果發現如下: 1.不同年齡、婚姻、職務、教育背景、輔導年資之國中輔導人員在角色壓力各層面具有顯著差異存在。而不同性別、學歷及學校規模之國中輔導人員在角色壓力上則未達顯著的差異存在。 2.不同性別、年齡、婚姻、學歷、教育背景、職務、輔導年資及學校規模之國中輔導人員,在輔導自我效能各層面具有顯著差異。 3.不同年齡、婚姻、職務、教育背景、輔導年資之國中輔導人員在職業倦怠各層面達顯著差異。而不同性別、學歷及學校規模之國中輔導人員在職業倦怠上則未達顯著的差異存在。 4.國中輔導人員之角色壓力與輔導自我效能之間有二組典型相關存在。 5.國中輔導人員之角色壓力與職業倦怠之間具有二組典型相關存在。 6.國中輔導人員之輔導自我效能與職業倦怠之間具有二組典型相關存在。 最後,研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以供輔導人員、學校單位與教育主管機關、師資培育單位以及未來研究之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study were to investigate differences in concepts of role stress, counseling self-efficacy and burnout among junior high school counselors of different demographic variables, as well as to explore the relationships among concepts of role stress, counseling self-efficacy and burnout in school counselors. By using stratified random sampling, and according to different sizes of school, a total of 366 school counselors were chosen from junior high schools in Taipei city, Taipei county, and Taoyuan county. In the present study data were collected through a survey method. Instrument 「Junior High School counselor Work Scale」 were used. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, one-way MANOVA, canonical correlation analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1. Role stresses were significantly different among school counselors of different age, marriage, job duties, educational background, experiences of guidance, but significant differences were not found among school counselors of different gender, educational levels, and school sizes. 2. The counseling self-efficacy showed significant differences among school counselors of different gender, age, marriage, educational levels, job duties, educational background, experiences of guidance, and school sizes. 3. Burnout showed significant differences among school counselors of different age, marriage, job duties, educational background, experiences of guidance, while there were no significant differences among school counselors of different gender, educational levels, and school sizes. 4. Two types of canonical correlation were found between role stresses and counseling self-efficacy in school counselors. 5. Two types of canonical correlation were found between role stresses and burnout in school counselors. 6. Two types of canonical correlation were found between role stresses and burnout in school counselors. Suggestions and implications of the results were discussed for junior high school counselors, junior high schools, departments of education administration, and school counselors training institutions as well as for future studies.en_US
