Abstract

近年來,全球化趨勢日益明顯,國家和地區之間的國際關係強而有力。此外,中國經濟也強勁成長,使華語成為世界上最受歡迎的語言之一。在此背景下,越南成為中國、臺灣等國家投資重點關注的國家。隨著中國和臺灣企業在越南的投資和擴展,對華語人才資源的需求不斷增加,特別是在商務領域。因此,商務華語是一門越來越受到眾多學習者關注的學科。透過不同的越南商務華語相關研究和報告發現,目前商務華語教學現狀和學習材料並不能滿足學習者的需求。本研究透過蒐集文獻、問卷調查,收集了越南華語學習者的商務人士對越南商務華語教材的看法以及學習者對越南商務華語教材的實際需求和期望。此外,透過所獲得的需求調查結果,設計教材範例並讓學習者從中進行評估,以便瞭解教材是否符合學習者的需求,同時也瞭解越南商務華語發展的可行性。本研究建立了越南商務華語教材的編寫原則,針對越南籍華語初中級學習者設計了商務華語教材範例,提出了筆者的意見與建議。希望這些成果能對越南華語學習者以及編寫商務華語教材的工作有所幫助。
In recent years, the trend of globalization has become increasingly apparent, and international relations between countries and regions have strengthened. Additionally, China's economy has grown robustly, making Chinese one of the most popular languages in the world. Against this background, Vietnam has become a focal point for investment from China, Taiwan, and other countries. As Chinese and Taiwanese companies invest and expand in Vietnam, the demand for Chinese-speaking talent is increasing, especially in the business field. Therefore, Business Chinese has become a subject that attracts more and more attention from many learners. Various studies and reports related to Vietnamese Business Chinese have found that the current status of Business Chinese teaching and learning materials cannot meet the needs of learners.Through literature review and questionnaire surveys, the researcher gathered opinions from Vietnamese learners in business career, regarding Vietnamese Business Chinese teaching materials, as well as the learners' actual needs and expectations. Additionally, based on the survey results, teaching material examples were designed and evaluated by learners to determine whether they met their needs and to assess the feasibility of developing Business Chinese in Vietnam. This study also establishes the necessary principles for compiling Vietnamese Business Chinese textbooks, designs Business Chinese teaching material examples for Beginning-intermediate level, and presents the author's opinions and suggestions, aiming to assist Vietnamese learners and contribute to the task of designing Business Chinese textbook.
