國民中小學校長知識領導與學校創新經營效能關係之研究

dc.description.abstract在資訊化與全球化的浪潮下，整體社會環境的變遷十分快速，有效的知識領導，才能為學校教育的創新興績效帶來變革成長的力量，也才能提昇整體學校的競爭力。本研究旨在探討新竹縣、新竹市、桃園縣國民中小學校長知識領導與學校創新經營效能之現況，並檢視校長知識領導對學校創新經營效能之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法，以國民中小學教育人員為研究對象，並以隨機抽樣方式抽取852位教育人員進行施測。研究結果發現: (一)國民中小學校長知識領導之現況良好;(二)國民中小學學校創新經營效能之現況良好;以及(三)校長知識領導對學校創新經營效能有顯著正向影響。zh_tw
