dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討公共圖書館推展地方學知識建構的歷程與問題,以臺中市立圖書館為研究對象。採用社會科學研究方法中「質性研究」,運用文件分析法與深度訪談法蒐集資料,探討臺中市立圖書館推展地方學知識建構的現況。 研究結果發現:(1)促成臺中市立圖書館建置臺中學專區的主要緣由為圖書館的使命、主管機關的政策、配合上級指示。(2)臺中學專區圖書資訊的蒐集,由總館統一建立蒐集的架構,並列入館藏發展政策中。(3)臺中學專區圖書資訊的整理,除成立初期不同外,目前一般館藏的處理流程相同,且專區圖書資源採集中放置。(4)自訂臺中學專區圖書資訊分類架構。(5)影響臺中學專區的主要因素包括空間、經費、上級長官支持。(6)圖書館建置臺中學專區,促使與在地相關知識系統化歸納,有助於臺中學研究的深度資訊需求。(7)圖書館網站或社群媒體是宣傳臺中學專區最常使用的管道,也會配合舉辦參觀導覽的走讀活動或讀書會來行銷專區(8)透過成立臺中學專區,讓民眾從社區開始建立對地方學的認識與印象。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study intends to discuss the role public libraries play in constructing local study knowledge and associated issues by taking Taichung Public Library as the study subject. By employing the social scientific method of qualitative research, the study collected research materials through document research and in-depth interviews to assess the status of Taichung Public Library in promoting the construction of local knowledge. The study found that: (1) Taichung Public Library established the collection of Taichung study mainly as the result of fulfilling the library’s own objectives, conforming to the policies of competent authorities, and following the directions of supervising departments; (2) Taichung study collection was built up within the universal collection structure formulated by the Main Library and has become integral to the library’s collection development policy; (3) The arrangement of Taichung study collection, aside from its initial stage, largely followed the same procedure as general collections, with its book collection held in a single location; (4) The classification of Taichung study collection was formulated in-house by Taichung Public Library; (5) Factors influencing the implementation of Taichung study collection the most are availability of space, funding, and support from supervising departments; (6) The establishment of specialized Taichung study collection in the library helps organize local knowledge in a systematic manner and meets the demand of scholars looking to dive into Taichung study; (7) The website and social media are the primary means used to promote Taichung study, while day reading sessions in collaboration with site tours or study groups also gain the collection more publicity; (8) With the establishment of Taichung study collection, local residents have started to see and observe their communities from a local study perspective. | en_US |
