Abstract
本研究旨在探究樂齡學習者的社會價值觀與幸福感的關係,以臺北市樂齡學習中心的學員為研究對象,研究者採理論文獻探討,自編成社會價值觀量表與幸福感量表,經信效度考驗,屬於良好的研究工具後,針對臺北市樂齡學習中心的班級學員,共計發放400份問卷,回收400份有效問卷,經統計分析,獲得如下結論:
1.臺北市樂齡學習者社會價值觀的內涵有終極價值觀與工具價值觀,重視程度都相當良好。
2.臺北市樂齡學習者幸福感的內涵為正向情緒與人際關係,正向情緒相對良好,人際關係需要加強。
3.具下列特性的樂齡學習者較重視社會價值觀:女性、已婚、教育程度低、經濟好、身體健康、與子女同住者。
4.具下列特性的樂齡學習者較有幸福感: 女性、教育程度低、經濟好、身體健康、子女數多者。
5.樂齡學習者社會價值觀與幸福感達到顯著相關。
6.樂齡學習者社會價值觀的道德層面對幸福感的正向情緒具有預測力。
7.樂齡學習者社會價值觀的能力層面對幸福感的人際關係具有預測力。
基於前述結論,本研究分別對樂齡學習中心、樂齡學習者、政府及未來研究提出建議。
This study aims to explore the correlation between social values and sense of happiness of senior learners, and the students in the senior learning center in Taipei City were taken as the subjects. Based on literature review, researchers formulated indexes of social value and sense of happiness, which have been qualified with reliability and validity test to be a good research tool. Four hundred questionnaires were issued and 400 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the statistical analysis, the conclusions are as follows: 1.Senior learners in Taipei City have terminal values and instrumental values in the connotations of their social values, along with decent emphasis. 2.The connotations of sense of happiness of senior learners in Taipei City contain positive emotions and relationship; positive emotions are comparably good, but relationship still has room for improvement. 3.Senior learners with the following traits focus more on social values: female, married, low education level, good economic status, good health status, living with children. 4.Senior learners with the following traits have greater sense of happiness: female, low education level, good economic status, good health status, having multiple children. 5.Social values and sense of happiness of senior learners are significantly correlated. 6.Senior learners have predictability towards positive emotions of sense of happiness on the moral aspect of social values. 7.Senior learners have predictability towards relationship of sense of happiness on the capability aspect of social values. Based on the aforementioned conclusions, the study proposes several suggestions to the senior learning center, senior learners, the government, and the future studies, respectively.
