Abstract

數位學習自20世紀末興起,成為獲取知識的重要方式,也促使線上學習平台的發展,而台灣引進群眾募資模式後,於2015年出現全球第一個募資線上學習平台,並在2020年因COVID-19疫情的推波助瀾下快速成長。群眾募資的應用,能夠確保學員課程需求並降低師資開課門檻,提供多元化的學習內容,創造平台商業模式,然而,現今面臨競爭激烈的市場環境,在學術領域中相關的研究仍相對稀少,所以本研究將探討募資線上學習平台的關鍵成功因素,以供後進業者參考。本研究藉由資料分析和深度訪談法來收集資料,將資料做整理與評估後,聚焦討論其中經營模式與發展策略,探究募資線上學習平台的產業特性與競爭環境,再整理出產業的關鍵成功因素與競爭策略。本研究分析結果發現以下結論:(1)募資機制自萌芽至數位常態,形塑線上學習平台的發展趨勢(2)群眾募資有助於內容多樣化,並有效控管製造成本(3)師資影響力為平台經營的重要要素,但因避免過度依賴(4)個人化服務與深度課程經營,為平台創造差異化關鍵(5)介面設計優化為提升使用者體驗的關鍵要素。
Since the rise of E-learning at the end of the 20th century, it has become an important way to acquire knowledge and has also promoted the development of online learning platforms. After Taiwan introduced the mass fundraising model, the world's first fund-raising online learning platform appeared in 2015, and it grew rapidly in 2020 due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The application of crowd fundraising can ensure students' course needs and lower the threshold for teachers to start courses, provide diversified learning content, and create a platform business models. However, facing today's highly competitive market environment, relevant research in the academic field is still relatively rare. Therefore, this study will explore the key success factors of fundraising online learning platforms for reference by latecomers.This study collects data through data analysis and in-depth interviews. After sorting out and evaluating the data, it focuses on discussing the business model and development strategy, explores the industry characteristics and competitive environment of the fund-raising online learning platform, and then sorts out the key factors of the industry. Success factors and competitive strategies.The analysis results of this study found the following conclusions: (1) The fundraising mechanism has shaped the development trend of online learning platforms from its germination to digital normality. (2) Mass fundraising helps to diversify content and effectively control manufacturing costs. (3) Teachers' influence is an important factor in platform operation. but to avoiding over-reliance. (4) Personalized services and in-depth course management, it is the key to create differentiation for the platform. (5) Interface design optimization is the key factor to enhance user experience.
