dc.description.abstract本研究利用Creo的3D設計平臺,建立起一套手機鈑料連續沖模之製程規劃。建立之製程規劃利用了Creo的3D設計平臺來設計出沖壓件,接著透過組件的方法來將手機鈑金件及外鈑件結合來建立起鈑料,進而利用族表之功能達到鈑料料條快速設計變更的方法。 透過族表中數據的置入,能夠快速應用於基本的沖孔、切邊、折彎、成型等加工方法,同時可以因應到不同長度之鈑料帶,即便整個鈑料帶沖程的佈置完成後,也可以重新變更設計零件的尺寸及位置等,同時檔案的夾帶方便,不會被不同公司所使用之連續沖模軟體給侷限住,透過不同版本的Creo 3D設計軟體平臺,即可解決廠商彼此溝通之問題。 因此為了縮短工法排程所需之時間,建立起一套結構化的連續沖模鈑件設計流程,可快速更換模具之零件,縮短試模、修改及生產線停滯時間,達到省時、省錢以及快速開發之目的。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study utilized the Creo three-dimensional (3D) design platform to establish a process planning set for a mobile phone sheet metal material formed by progressive stamping. The process planning thus established utilized the Creo 3D design platform to design stamping parts, then combined the mobile phone sheet metal component with the sheet-metal shell through assembly to establish the sheet metal material so as to obtain the method for quickly changing design of sheet metal strip by utilizing the function of the family table. Through importing data into the family table, the method can be quickly applied to basic processing methods, such as punching, trimming, bending, forming, etc., and at the same time can be applied to sheet metal strips having different lengths. Even though the arrangement of the whole stroke of the sheet metal strip has been completed, the parts can be redesigned to change their sizes, positions, etc. In addition, files are conveniently attached without being limited by the progressive die software used by different companies. The communication problems between manufacturers can be solved by using the different versions of Creo 3D design software platforms. Hence, in order to shorten the time required by scheduling of the method, a structured design flow for the sheet metal component formed by progressive stamping is established, which is able to quickly replace die parts, shorten the time spent in testing and modifying dies and the production line idle time. As a result, the objectives of saving time and money and speedy development are achieved.en_US
