精神科日間留院心理治療師之團體治療僵局經驗研究

Abstract

本研究的目的在於探討心理治療師在精神科日間留院團體治療歷程的治療僵局經驗以及有哪些因素支持心理治療師面對治療僵局。本研究採用深度訪談及參與觀察方式進行研究，為理解治療師的經驗，研究者將自己置身在日間留院的團體心理治療情境中，參與觀察治療師帶領精神病患人際互動治療團體，經驗每週一次，歷時一年之團體歷程。研究結果整理出： 一、「分裂與連結的經驗」、「無意義感與思考無意義感的經驗」、「行動化與語言化的經驗」等三個治療僵局經驗。 二、「堅持的人格特質」、「維持滋養的自我成長歷程」、「治療師的自我分析經驗」等三個支持治療師面對治療僵局之因素。 最後，研究者根據研究結果對團體治療僵局以及治療師面對治療僵局的經驗提出討論，並說明本研究的限制以及對未來研究的建議。

The purposes of the research were to explore the experiences and the supporting factors of the group psychotherapeutic impasse in the group situation in a day care psychotic ward. The participant of this study was one psychotherapist. Results of the study are as the following: 1 .Three therapeutic impasses experiences identified are “splitting and connecting experience”, “sense of meaninglessness and the thinking experience”, and “acting out and verbalizing experience”. 2. Three supporting factors that the therapist experienced in facing therapeutic impasses are the “persistence”, “self-growth process ”,and “self-analysis experience”. The restrictions of current study and suggestions for future studies were also discussed.
