Abstract

本研究旨在探討目前臺北市國中兼任行政教師之情緒勞務與組織承諾的現況及兩者之間的關係。透過問卷調查的方式以「國中兼任行政教師情緒勞務與組織承諾問卷」為工具進行研究,研究對象為109學年度任教於臺北市國中兼任行政職務之教師。本次問卷總計共364份,回收有效問卷333份,有效問卷回收率91.4%。研究方法有敘述性統計之次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差,獨立樣本t檢定分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸性分析。 本研究資料以SPSS 23進行統計分析,主要分析下列項目: 一、國中兼任行政教師情緒勞務與組織承諾現況為中高程度。 二、國中兼任行政教師知覺情緒勞務會因其性別、年齡、處室及職位不同有顯著差異情形;至於在行政年資、教育程度、婚姻狀況及學校規模則無明顯差異。 三、國中兼任行政教師知覺組織承諾會因其性別、年齡、行政年資、婚姻狀況、處室及職位不同有顯著差異情形;至於在教育程度及學校規模則無明顯差異。 四、國中兼任行政教師在情緒勞務及組織承諾呈現顯著正相關。 五、國中兼任行政教師情緒勞務對組織承諾及其各構面有正向預測力。 最後依據研究結果提出具體建議,俾提供學校單位、兼任行政教師及後續相關研究者做為參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment of junior high school teachers with administrative positions in Taipei City.The subjects are in-service teachers with administrative positions in Taipei City. A total of 364 questionnaires were given out, 333 valid questionnaires were returned and the probability of the usable questionnaires was around 91.4%. The collected data were analyzed with research methods include descriptive statistics, t-test of independent sample, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression analysis with the use of SPSS program 23. The main findings are finally displayed as follows. 1.Both the current situations of teachers’ emotional labor and organizational commitment with administrative positions in junior high school are all above average. 2. There are significant differences between the awareness of teachers’ emotional labor with administrative positions in junior high schools including gender, age, office and position. On the other hand, there are no significant differences in years of administrative positions, education level, marital status, and the scale of school. 3. There are significant differences between the awareness of teachers’ organizational commitment with administrative positions in junior high schools including gender, age, years of administrative positions,, marital status, office and position; there is no significant difference in education level and the scale of school. 4.An intermediate positive correlation is observed between teachers’ emotional labor and organizational commitment with administrative positions in junior high school. 5.Organizational commitment is also positively predicted by teachers’ emotional labor with administrative positions in junior high school. Based on the aforementioned conclusions, the study proposed some suggestions for school administrations, teachers with administrative positions, and future researchers.
