Abstract

本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學學校經營策略與學校效能之現況,並進一步瞭解不 同背景學校教師所知覺學校經營策略與學校效能的差異情形,探討兩者之間的關係,以 及分析學校經營策略對學校效能之預測力,最後提出建議以供學校、教育行政機關及未 來研究之參考。 本研究以新北市公立國民中學之教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法,以「新北市國民 中學學校經營策略與學校效能之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,並進行抽樣調查,共發放 35 所學校765 份問卷,有效問卷為674 份,有效回收率為88.1%。再進一步以描述性統 計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜(Pearsons)積差相關與多元迴歸分析等統計方法, 進行資料分析並獲以下主要結論: 一、新北市國民中學學校教師普遍認為學校經營策略的運作情形良好 二、新北市國民中學不同「性別」、「年齡」、「服務年資」、「擔任職務」、「學校規模」、「所 在地區」教師對學校經營策略的看法有明顯落差 三、新北市國民中學學校教師普遍認為學校效能整體的感受良好 四、新北市國民中學不同「性別」、「年齡」、「服務年資」、「擔任職務」、「所在地區」教 師對學校效能的看法有明顯落差 五、新北市國民中學學校經營策略與學校效能具有相當程度的相關 六、新北市國民中學學校經營策略各層面對學校效能具有相當程度的預測力
The research was aimed to explore the relationship between school management strategies and school effectiveness of junior high schools in New Taipei City, to examine the significant differences of school management strategies and school effectiveness in terms of the subjects’ demographic variables, to explore the correlation between the two dimensions, and to analyze the predictability of school management strategies in determining the school effectiveness. Based on the conclusions, the research was to propose some suggestions for schools, Educational Authority concerned, and further researchers respectively.. The survey research method was used to collect pertinent data, and the questionnarie “The Research Questionnaire on the Relationship between School Management Strategies and School Effectiveness of Junior High Schools in New Taipei City” was administered as a tool. By random sampling, 765 questionnaires were distributed among 35 schools with 674 valid questionnaires, having an effective rate of 88.1%. Furthermore, descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The conclusions were as follows: 1.Teachers in junior high schools in New Taipei City generally acknowledged the school management strategies were effective and adequately implemented. 2.There is a significant difference in perspectives on school management strategies from teachers in junior high schools in New Taipei City of different “gender,” “age,” “years of service,” “position,” “school size,” and “location.” 3.Teachers in junior high schools in New Taipei City generally acknowledge the school effectiveness were good and adequate. 4.There is a significant difference in perspectives on school efficiency from teachers in junior high schools in New Taipei City of different “gender,” “age,” “years of service,” “position,” and “location.” 5.There is a significant relationship between school management strategies and school effectiveness in junior high schools in New Taipei City. 6.Every aspect of school management strategies has significant predictability in determining school effectiveness in junior high schools in New Taipei City.
