越南新移民ê臺語、越南語語言態度研究

因為臺灣族群組成leh改變，第五族群#westeur043#加入對臺灣人口結構hām語言地景#westeur043#影響真大，tī企業國際化#westeur043#潮流當中，臺灣出現學習東南亞語言#westeur043#熱潮，本土語言卻猶h#westeur053#ng批評無工具性。所以本研究欲分析現此時臺灣弱勢語言競爭情勢，探討越南新移民對臺灣本土語言臺語kap移民語言越南語#westeur043#語言態度。本研究#westeur043#採訪對象是第一代越南新移民，利用問卷kap訪談了解28位越南新移民#westeur043#語言使用現況kap語言態度，koh延伸分析第二代「繼承語」傳承#westeur043#情勢。研究問題：（1）越南新移民#westeur043#臺語語言能力是#westeur034#n-tsu#westeur034#nn?（2）越南新移民對越南語kap臺語#westeur043#語言態度有si#westeur034#nn-mih差別? 越南語#westeur043#經濟性想像空間k#westeur034#m比臺語大?（3）影響越南新移民語言態度#westeur043#原因是si#westeur034#nn-mih? 是語言教學經驗? 抑是國族認同?（4）影響新移民第二代語言能力#westeur043#原因是si#westeur034#nn-mih? 研究發現：新移民臺語能力主要是受tio̍h地區#westeur043#影響；越南新移民整體認為臺語#westeur043#經濟性khah懸越南語，其中母語教學經驗組認為越南語khah有經濟性；高學歷受訪者#westeur043#第二代khah頃向提雙國籍，予第二代提雙國籍kap認為第二代屬於雙族群認同#westeur043#受訪者，亻因囡仔#westeur043#越南語能力平均khah好；第二代整體語言能力u#westeur045#小學年齡開始受社會環境影響，臺語能力漸懸，越南語能力漸落。

A new social-cultural group of people known as “Taiwan's new immigrants” (Taiwan Xinyimin臺灣新移民), comprising defferent ethnic groups, migrating via transnational marriage, consisting mainly of females, is changing Taiwan's demographic makeup and language landscape. The appearance of immigrants’ languages complicates the competition between a major language, Mandarin (Huayu華語), and a minor language, Taiwanese (Taiyu臺語). Under the trends of internationalization, the society seems to value immigrants’ languages more than minor local languages. That is to say, one of the most populated immigrants’ language, Vietnamese, could have more instrumental value and potencial economic benefit than Taiwanese language does, this idea might influence the language inheritance among mixed marriage families. This research aims to compare Vietnamese immigrants’ language attitude toward two heritage languages: Taiwanese and Vietnamese, then further analyze the language inheritance among new immigrants’ second generation (Xinerdai新二代). The subjects of this research are solely the first immigrant generation, 28 participants are accessed by interview questionnaire. Four research questions are raised: (1) How is Vietnamese immigrants’ Taiwanese ability? (2) What are the different attitudes Vietnamese immigrants hold toward two languages? (3) What are the factors that affect language attitude? Teaching experience? Or national identity? (4) What are the factors affect langauge ability of Vietnamese immigrants’ second generation? Research findings: Taiwanese language ability of Vietnamese immigrants mainly dominated by living area, residents in Tainan area operating better Taiwanese. In general, Taiwanese language is more economic valued, while the group of participants with heritage language teaching experience values Vietnamese more. Participants with higher education tend to have their children acquire two nationalities – both Taiwan and Vietnam, and the second generation with two nationalities or two national identities tends to operate better Vietnamese. Heritage language abilities of second generation are influence by living area and age, Tainan residents show better Taiwanese ability. And in general result, when they reach the age of attending primary school, their Taiwanese ability raises, Vietnamese ability declines.
