我國老人福利制度之研究

Abstract

論文中文摘要： 在台灣進入高齡化社會的此時，關於老人福利與政策則成為社會重要議題之一；所以要如何改善與規劃這類相關問題的改進政策，也是我們整個社會包括老人自己、社會、家庭和政府相關的責任。 本文以老人福利制度為研究範疇，並以老人們最需求的大方向「經濟安全保障」為論述主軸，期望能檢視台灣獨居老人的社會現況問題及需求點。 也基於我國老人福利制度對獨居老人經濟相關問題影響關係性與重要性的認知，因此本研究將試圖探索，我國社會老人福利制度與獨居老人經濟問題關係。 本文研究問題為－ 一、 首先，針對我國老人福利政策制度面上，所引發缺失等相關問題有哪些？ 二、 其次，針對我國獨居老人在經濟方面的問題點與需求何在？ 三、 再者，針對我國獨居老人在經濟困境問題上真正實際需求有哪些？

Abstract： At this moment, Taiwan is getting closer to becoming an advanced age society. Anything regarding elder welfare and policies will have to be our concern. So, it becomes our responsibility to plan and create processes for the elderly in our country. This study is researched and based on the welfare policy system in our country. It will focus on their biggest need, “Economic Safeguards.” This will be the main topic of the essay. We hope to realize more about the situation in Taiwan and get to know about what the elderly really need. Based on previous knowledge regarding the policies for the old people who live alone, we want to discuss the differences between old age welfare and the economic problems of those who live alone. Questions as follow: 1. First of all, for the welfare policy for the elderly: what are the problems? And what causes these shortcomings? 2. Second, for the economic field: what is the problem that should be fixed for the old people whom live alone? 3. The third, for the economic field: what do the elderly that live alone really need to have improved in their economically difficult positions?
