台灣北區綜合高中學生學習滿意度之研究

Abstract
本研究透過文獻探討,來了解現行台灣北區綜合高中辦理的現況,其研究目的在探討台灣北區綜合高中學生對綜合高中課程學習滿意度及不同背景之學生對綜合高中課程學習滿意度之差異情形。本研究主要採用問卷調查法,透過統計分析後獲得下列主要結論:
一、 台灣北區綜合高中學生學習滿意程度水準依序為:人際關係、教師教學、生活輔導、學習環境、課程教材、實習設施、學習成果及生活教育。前五項滿意水準尚可,後三項滿意程度有待改善。
二、 不同性別對「生活教育」滿意度構面上,男性學生較女性學生的滿意度為高;「實習設施」滿意度構面上,女性學生較男性學生的滿意度為高。
三、 公私立學校學生學習滿意差異比較結果如下:
(一) 「教師教學」之構面滿意程度上,私立綜合高中的學生學習滿意程度高於公立綜合高中學生。
(二) 「學習環境」及「實習設備」兩個構面上,公立綜合高中的學生之學習滿意程度則是高於私立綜合高中的學生。
四、 不同選讀類別學生學習滿意度差異比較結果,各類學程選讀學生於各構面呈現不同的課程滿意度的情形。
五、 在台灣北區綜合高中學生不同之選讀影響在學習滿意度之各構面差異比較皆為差異不顯著的情形。
六、 不同進路規劃之學生學習滿意度差異比較結果為:各滿意度構面多呈現欲升學者比就業者的學習滿意度高。
七、 不同就讀地區學習滿意度差異比較結果,呈現不同就讀地區的綜合高中學生在各構面均有不同的差異情形。
The major purpose of this study was to understand the learning satisfaction of students of comprehensive high schools in northern Taiwan, the Republic of China by survey method. The thesis analyzed the data gathered, using statistic methods of frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and thus came to the following conclusions: 1. The satisfaction degree of students’ learning of comprehensive high schools in northern Taiwan on different substructures was ranked as follows: Personal Relationship (3.329), Teacher Instruction (3.229), Living Guidance (3.163), Learning Environment (3.149), Instructional Material (3.058), Practical Equipment (2.962), Learning Results (2.688) and Living Education (2.333). The means over 3.000 of the learning satisfaction are acceptable. 2. Variance of gender: In Living Education, the result was that learning satisfaction of male students’ was higher than female students’; in Practical Equipment, the result was that learning satisfaction of female students’ was higher than male students’ 3. Variance of school types: (1) In Teacher Instruction, the result was that the learning satisfaction of students in private school was higher than those of students in public schools; (2) In Learning Environment and Practical Equipment, the result was that the learning satisfaction of students in public school was higher than those of students in private schools. 4. There were significant differences of learning satisfaction among programs selected by student. 5. Variance of the difference selecting programs influenced by certain person: The result was that there were no significant differences. 6. Variance of the career planning: the result was that the learning satisfaction of students choosing to advanced learning was higher than those choosing to find a job. 7. There were significant differences of learning satisfaction on different substructures among northern area.
