dc.description.abstract雜質對銅氧化物高溫超導體物理性質的影響是當前凝態物理的研究重點之一。本文從有效平均場t-t'-U-V模型哈密頓量出發,反鐵磁序誘導出條紋相(欠摻雜區),並利用Bogoliubov-de Gennes(BdG)理論對銅氧化物高溫超導體摻入單個和多個非磁性雜質,由非磁性雜質的釘扎系統將出現準一維條紋相-smetic phase-nematic phase的相變,我們將利用自洽場方程及線性響應理論計算系統在不同雜質摻雜濃度時序參數的空間分布、狀態密度及超流密度,並與純d波超導系統作比較。zh_TW
