Abstract
本文旨在介紹美國加洲資優教育。先說明加州普通教育，再敘述資優教育的歷史，再以方案設計、鑑定、課程和教學、社會和情緒發展、專業發展、家長和社區參與、方案評鑑及預算八方面說明現況，最後總結加洲資優教育的特點，並省思國內資優教育。
The paper aimed to introduce The Gifted and Talented Education Program in California. Firstly, the author overviewed the general education system in California; then she spotlighted on the gifted and talented education program. Lastly, she concluded with reflection on gifted education in Taiwan.
