彰化縣國民中學體育教師體育教學資訊行為之研究

摘要
本研究目的在於瞭解彰化縣國民中學體育教師資訊行為的現況,並比較不同背景變項體育教師資訊行為之差異情形。研究對象為九十四學年度彰化縣立40所國民中學(不含完全中學)的151位體育教師。並以自編之「國民中學體育教師資訊行為問卷調查表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。
根據調查所得資料,以描述統計(平均數、標準差)、單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後比較,結果發現:
一、國民中學體育教師主要資訊需求動機為補充課外資料並提供學生發問的解答,「運動安全與傷害」是最重要的資訊需求,資訊尋求方式主要為網路及傳播媒體。
二、體育教師背景變項中的性別及年齡是影響資訊需求動機差異的重要因素,女性與年輕體育教師在資訊需求動機程度高於男性與年長體育教師。
三、體育教師背景變項中的性別及任教年資是影響資訊需求差異的重要因素,女性與年資較淺體育教師在資訊需求程度高於男性與年資較深體育教師。
四、體育教師背景變項中的年齡及任教年資是影響資訊尋求行為差異的重要因素,年紀較輕與年資較淺體育教師在資訊尋求行為程度高於年齡較長與年資較深體育教師。

The Study of Junior High School PE Teachers’ Teaching Information Behavior in Changhua County Master Thesis, 2006 Chan-Chen Yu Advisor: Cheng, Chih-fu. Ed.D. Abstract The purpose of the study was to understand the current situation of the junior high school P.E. teachers’ information behavior in Changhua and to make a comparison of the differences between these teachers with various backgraounds. The subjects were randomly chosen from 151 P.E. teachers out of 40 junior high schools in Changhua County. “The Questionnaire of the Junior High School P.E. Teachers’ Information Behavior” was conducted as the key resource for this study. The result of the study was gathered by means of Descriptive Statistics, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe as the following: 1. The main motive for PE teachers to search for new information was that they had to answer students’ questions and solve problems. “Sport Safety& Injuries “ was the most important information need for them. Internet and mass media were the most frequently used by teachers for information need. 2. Age and gender, the varieties of teachers’ backgrounds, affected the need for information search. Female and younger teachers had the higher motive than male and older teachers. 3. Gender and experience : Female and less experienced teachers had the higher need to new information search than male and experienced teachers. 4. Age and experience:Younger and less experienced teachers had higher perception than older and experienced teachers. Key words: information behavior、information need
