臺灣閩南語農具詞彙研究---- 以新北市樹林區為例

Abstract

農具的發明和使用是人類農業生活人們智慧的結晶，隨著時代的進步，農具的演化也由人力改為機械化。但傳統的農具在臺灣農業發展上佔有一席之地。筆者出生於農家，對於傳統農具有一份深厚的情感，看著一件件舊農具擺放在屋角、倉庫裡或屋簷下，而年輕一代的人們，也不知道它的名稱用途、更不用說是「閩南語農具詞彙」的語音了。 本篇論文以台灣閩南語詞彙中有關農具詞彙為主要研究對象。實地走訪樹林區曾經務農的閩南語族群，做語料的採集與記錄，並進行詳實而完整的解說。並將傳統農具的實物拍攝後製成圖檔，採集與記錄時可當作提示範本，再以臺灣羅馬拼音記錄其閩南語音讀。保留本區農具詞彙，以傳承鄉土文化。 本文將農具語料分成「整地耕作農具」、「播種插秧農具」、「除草捕蟲農具」、「灌溉施肥農具」、「收成入倉農具」、「搬運役畜器具」六類。再就詞音、詞義、用途等角度進行分析探討，所有的研究結果可讓老師於教學中善加運用，以達到教學傳承的教育功能，並提供本研究結果，作為教師編輯教材及教學時的參考。

With the progress of time, manual farm tools have been replaced by mechanical ones. However, traditional farm tools still hold their places in the development of Taiwanese agriculture. Born in an agricultural family, the author has a profound feeling for traditional farm tools while watching them lying around in the corners of houses and warehouses. The younger generations lack the knowledge of the names and purpose of these tools, let alone their pronunciation in Taiwanese Min-nan. The subject of this thesis is mainly based on farm-tool related phrases in Taiwanese Min-nan. Through actual field research and documenting language data from Min-nan groups with farming experiences in Shulin district, detailed and integrated illustrations are then conducted. Picture files are produced with actual photography of traditional farm tools, to be used as templates while gathering and documenting. Pronunciations are recorded with Taiwanese Romanization in order to preserve phrases of farm tools and inherit local culture. In this thesis, corpus of farm tools is categorized into six: soil preparation and tillage, sowing and dibbling of rice seeding, weeding and insect trapping, irrigation and manuring, cropping and warehousing, and carrying and working animal. Analysis is conducted through phonetics, meaning and purposes. All the research results are applicable in teaching and continuing a heritage. The study will also be provided for editing teaching material and classroom teaching.
