藥廠業務人員運用行動載具於業務推動績效之個案研究

Abstract

隨著手機與行動裝置的日益普及，行動商務已成為未來發展的產業之一，無論是消費型態還是工作，都將越來越依賴行動裝置所帶來的服務。因此如何運用此趨勢，改善個人工作效率與生活品質，精簡現行作業，才能開創新商機，迎接無所不在行動商務時代的來臨。 本研究目的在於了解在行動載具導入之後，是否有助於藥廠業務人員的業務推動？首先選定十位藥廠業務人員做深入訪談，探討導入行動載具前與導入過程中的做法，是否影響業務人員最後工作績效的表現。 研究結果發現，在導入前，軟體開發廠商與企業的溝通造成，業務人員對於行動載具是否對業務有正向幫助的指標之一。導入中，行動載具內的資訊系統介面是否友善、快速，是業務人員是否行動載具於工作中的重要因素。整體而言，導入行動載具於工作後，對於工作效率是會有顯著的提升，對於實質業績影響並不顯著。 據此，本研究建議，在拜訪客戶前需事先排程，在設定軟體時，應該要建置配套系統，讓業務人員可自行更換拜訪對象，避免發生亂填寫的狀況產生。With the popularity of mobile devices, mobile business has become one of the future development of the industry, would be more and more dependent on mobile services brought about by the service. And how to use this trend, to improve personal work efficiency and quality of life, streamline the existing operations in order to create new business opportunities, to meet the ubiquitous action of the advent of business era. This study was to understand whether it would really help the business of the propagator after the introduction of the mobile device. First selected three propagators to do in-depth interviews, to understand the performance of process of the import of device. From which to explore the import of mobile device before the importation of the practice would affect the performance of the final performance of propagator. The results of this program study found that the introduction of software vendor and the company's discussion was a positive indicator. In the import, whether the information system interface within the mobile was friendly and fast was an important factor in whether or not the business personnel were moving in the work. Overall, the introduction of mobile in the work, for the work efficiency would be improved, the impact on the sales was not significant.
