羽球訓練實踐經驗研究─以鄭氏羽球家族訓練傳承為例

Abstract
本研究以研究者自身為尋求羽球技術創新及傳承,在鄭氏羽球家族訓練經驗及德勒茲塊莖理論間返復尋找羽球訓練知識的答案、生命經驗及傳承的力量存在。研究採取法國現象學家呂格爾之「採行距離」(distanciation) 及「吸納會通」(appropriation) 的方式,進行自敘與團體共敘,將鄭氏羽球技術及戰術文字化,並以「實踐反省理論、理論幫助論述」。研究的最後發現,羽球訓練經驗必須讓實際經驗及理論相互纏繞才會有力;維持運動或是訓練的動力必須回到遊戲的精神,才能讓羽球運動及訓練經驗延續,運動生命才得以傳承。
As a researcher and badminton player, the author of the study seeks innovation and inheritance of badminton technology in an attempt to search for an answer that concerns badminton training knowledge, life experience and the power of inheritance between the Chengs’ training and theory. From Paul Ricœur’s method of distanciation and appropriation, the research conducts the self-narration and group narration in order to make the badminton techniques and tactics of the Chengs into words. Finally, the research finds that one shall “use practice to reflect theory and use theory to assist the discourse.” By so doing, the performance of the player will become more powerful if theory and practice can work together. Only when maintaining the motivation of exercise or training returns to the spirit of the game can one carry on the badminton movement and training experience as well as the life of sports.
