民眾對鄉鎮圖書館服務需求及滿意度研究：以宜蘭縣礁溪鄉立圖書館為例

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解礁溪鄉民眾使用礁溪鄉立圖書館情形及各層面的分佈狀況、瞭解使用圖書館的服務需求、探討民眾對圖書館的滿意度以及圖書館的整體服務是否符合時代的潮流趨勢，以為礁溪鄉立圖書館提出實質的改進作為之建議。本研究採問卷調查法，以礁溪鄉民眾為研究對象，針對館藏資源、空間設備、館員服務、推廣活動及整體滿意度五大構面進行探討、分析。資料蒐集方式以隨機抽樣實施，以實體紙本及網路問卷進行調查。回收234份有效問卷，再以敍述性統計、獨立樣本ｔ檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較等統計分法進行資料分析。研究結果分述如下：一、使用礁溪鄉立圖書館的性別分佈女性多於男性，各學歷程度以大學學歷所佔的比例最高。
二、礁溪鄉民眾以每個月到圖書館一次的使用率是最高的，其使用圖書館主要目的為借還書。
三、礁溪鄉立圖書館所提供的五大構面服務滿意度裡，以館員服務之評分最高，館藏資源之評分為最低。
四、礁溪鄉立圖書館提供民眾的服務滿意度不因民眾背景不同而有所差異。
最後依據研究結果提出相關建議，以作為圖書館管理經營及未來研究者之參考。
This research aims to understand the situation and distribution of all levels of the Jiaoxi Township's residents using the township library, to figure out the service needs, explore the resident's satisfaction, whether the overall service meets the trend of the times to get the library substantive improvement suggestions. The research is conducted by questionnaire survey and Jiaoxi Township's resident as the research participants.The probe and analysis will focus on the five aspects of the library's collection resources, space equipment, librarian services, promotion activities and overall satisfaction.The data collection method is implemented by random sampling, and surveys are conducted by physical paper and online questionnaires.234 valid questionnaires were received, and data were analyzed by narrative statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance（ANOVA）,Scheffe's test and statistical sub-methods. The research results are as follows: 1. The gender distribution of the use of the township library is more women than men, and the proportion of university degree is the highest. 2. The usage rate of people visiting the library once a month is the highest, and the main purpose of using the library is to borrow and return books. 3. Among the five major service satisfaction provided by the township library, the service of the librarian has the highest score, and the score of the collection resources is the lowest.4. Satisfaction with the services provided by the township library will not vary due to the different backgrounds of the people.Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward based on the research results, which can be used as a reference for library management and future researchers.
