dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討運用學習社群結合知識管理,建構學習型組織之實施模式。 本研究採用文獻分析法,探討與分析學習社群與知識管理及其之整合,對於建構學習型組織的影響因素,並據以提出實施模式。其次,本研究採用訪談法,並以教育部電子計算機中心為對象,檢視實施模式之適用性;期能使知識管理系統發揮功能,達成學習型組織建構的目標,盼能為個人在工作中學習成長,同時也為組織能持續發展以因應快速變遷之社會,提供一可行的實施模式。本研究發現: 一、學習社群特質與知識管理特質,的確與學習型組織發展的核心要素有密 切的關係,並對於建構學習型組織確有其助益。兩者呈現相輔相成的關係,其中「分享」是兩者皆有的關鍵影響因素。 二、「組織學習」、「組織文化」、「領導」、及「組織願景」亦為發展學習型組織不可或缺的項目。 三、建構學習型組織模式中的發現:組織學習的對象包含個人、團體及組織本身;學習社群、知識管理與組織學習都具有循環特質;組織發展具有符合人性互動、關懷、信任、分享、合作及共同學習的特徵。 四、建構學習型組織實施步驟:宜從推動知識管理的目標著手,結合學習社群,建立學習交流的分享平台,透由學習社群的經營,發揮知識管理的效果,建立組織學習機制,形塑組織願景,邁向學習型組織,並持續不斷的發展;在組織學習過程中逐漸進行組織發展與變革,達成永續經營目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was focused on the use of learning community with knowledge management to construct the learning organization implementation model. Literature analysis was used in this study, discussion and analysis of learning community, knowledge management and the integration of these two issues were made, the impact factors of construction of learning organization were found. Based on the impact factors, a learning organization implementation model was proposed. Further, interviews were made to the research targets of computer centre of the Ministry of Education in view of the applicability of the model. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.Characteristics of learning community and qualities of knowledge management had a close relationship with the core elements of the development of learning organization indeed, and really had it regarding the construction of learning organization. "Sharing" is the key to both the two elements. 2.Besides learning community and knowledge management, organizational learning, organizational culture, leadership, and organization vision were also essential elements for learning organization development. 3.During constructing the learning organization model, some findings come out as follows: the targets of organizational learning included individuals, groups and the organization itself; learning community, knowledge management and organization learning had a cycle of nature; organizational development had the characteristics such as with a human interaction, care, trust, sharing, cooperation and jointly study. 4.The implementation steps for construction of the learning organization included: the promoting the goal of knowledge management, establishing the share exchange platform, combining with learning community, establishing the organizational learning mechanism, shaping organizations vision. The learning organization was formation, and then continued development. Finally, the organization achieved there sustainable development goals.en_US
