台南市國中教師登革熱預防行為意向及其相關因素研究

Abstract

  本研究應用健康信念模式探討台南市國中教師對登革熱預防行為意向的相關因素,以九十七學年度台南市國中教師為母群體,分層隨機抽樣法抽取樣本進行問卷調查,得有效樣本344名,資料經分析後,結果如下: 一、研究對象的自覺罹患性傾向於「可能」,自覺嚴重性傾向於「嚴重」,自覺行動利益傾向於「同意」,自覺行動障礙傾向於「不同意」;自我效能傾向於「75%的把握」;行動線索以「電視、學校通知、報章雜誌」為資訊來源。整體而言,研究對象的登革熱預防行為意向傾向於「可能」。 二、「自覺罹患性」、「自覺嚴重性」、「自覺行動利益」與「自我效能」越高,接受越多登革熱的「行動線索」,以及「自覺行動障礙」越低的教師,越會積極從事登革熱預防行為。 三、健康信念、自我效能可解釋「登革熱預防行為意向」總變異量的43.2%。其中以自我效能的影響力最大,再依次是自覺行動利益、自覺行動障礙、自覺罹患性。
  The purposes of this study were to examine Dengue Fever beliefs, preventive behavioral intention, and related factors for the intentions among the junior high schools’ teachers in Tainan City. The participants chosen by stratified random sampling method were 344 junior high schools’ teachers who were asked to respond to a self-reported questionnaire. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1.The health belief of research targets in “self awareness of perceived susceptibility”, “self awareness of perceived seriousness”, “self awareness of the benefits” were above average. However, research targets in “self awareness of perceived barriers” were blow average. Action clue of dengue fever prevention mainly included television, school information and newspaper. The self-efficacy toward 75%. Generally speaking, research targets of dengue fever preventive behavioral intention toward preventive measure. 2.The higher scores in “self awareness of perceived susceptibility”, “self awareness of perceived seriousness”, “self awareness of the benefits”, “self-efficacy” and more “action clue” in dengue fever prevention, the more dengue fever preventive behavioral intention will be taken. The lower scores in “self awareness of perceived barriers”, the more dengue fever preventive behavioral intention will be taken. 3.The explanation power (R2) of dengue fever preventive behavioral intention by self awareness of perceived susceptibility、benefits、barriers and self-efficacy toward dengue fever was 43.2%. Among them , the prediction force of self-efficacy was the greatest.
