青少年社群網站使用動機與心理幸福感之關係:自我揭露的中介暨友誼品質的調節效果

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國內青少年社群網站使用動機、心理幸福感、自我揭露與友誼 品質的相關情況。採立意抽樣方式,邀請臺灣 107 學年度的公私立國中與高中/ 職生填答自陳式問卷,其中男生 598 人與女生 681 人,共計 1, 279 人。研究工具 包括「社群網站使用動機量表」、「心理幸福感量表」、「自我揭露量表」、「現 實友誼品質量表」及「網路友誼品質量表」,資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、皮爾森 積差相關及迴歸進行統計考驗。主要研究結果顯示: 一、女生在四種社群網站使用動機、自我揭露、現實友誼品質和網路友誼品質得分 皆高於男性;但兩性在心理幸福感得分程度沒有不同。 二、高中/職生在四種社群網站使用動機、自我揭露、現實友誼品質和網路友誼品 質得分皆高於國中生;但兩者在心理幸福感得分程度沒有差異。 三、社群網站使用動機、自我揭露皆分別與心理幸福感均呈現正相關。 四、自我揭露對青少年的社交性、工具性及娛樂性使用動機與心理幸福感之關係不 具有中介效果;自我揭露對青少年的表達性使用動機與心理幸福感之關係具有完全中介效果。 五、現實友誼品質對青少年的四種使用動機與心理幸福感的關係不具有調節效果; 網路友誼品質對青少年的四種使用動機與心理幸福感的關係具有調節效果。 本研究針對研究結果提出結論與建議,提供教育輔導實務及未來相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the motivation of social network sites usage, psychological well-being, self-disclosure and friendship quality. Participants were 1, 279 adolescents in Taiwan, including 598 boys and 681 girls. Data were collected by the motivation of social network sites usage scale, psychological well-being scale, self-disclosure scale, real life friendship quality scale and internet friendship quality scale, then analyzed through the descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Girls showed significantly higher motivation of social network sites usage, self- disclosure, real-life friendship quality and online friendship quality scores than boys; there is no difference in the psychological well-being score between girls and boys. 2. High school students showed significantly higher motivation of social network sites usage, self-disclosure, real-life friendship quality and online friendship quality scores than junior high school students; there is no difference in the psychological well-being score between high school students and junior high school students. 3. There were significantly positive relations between motivation of social network sites usage and psychological well-being; there were significantly positive relations between self-disclosure and psychological well-being. 4. The relationship between social motivation, instrumental motivation, entertainment motivation and psychological well-being among adolescents was not mediated by self- disclosure; the relationship between expressive motivation and psychological well-being among adolescents was mediated by self-disclosure. 5. The relationship between four motivation of social network sites usages and psychological well-being among adolescents was not moderated by real life friendship quality; the relationship between four motivation of social network sites usages and psychological well-being was moderated online friendship quality. According to the findings of this study, suggestions are provided to schools and further researches.
