dc.description.abstract轉殖p53所調控的下游基因p21□(p21)至p53突變非小細肺癌細胞株H1437,將穩定成長之細胞以topoisomerase Ⅱ抑制劑ellipticine處理後,其敏感率會增加,這個改變,是因為所細胞凋亡增加所致。因此未來可以發展藉外源性p21基因,增加對p53突變的癌細胞的藥物敏感性。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractTopoisomerase II inhibitor ellipticine-induced apoptosis in human non-small cell lung cancer cells H1437 with ectopic expression of p21□ (p21), that is distinct from the parental cells that are drug resistant. The enhanced cytotoxic effect can be achieved through apoptosis. The results indicated that the sensitivity of ellipticine in p53-mutated NSCLC cells can be enhanced through introduction and nuclear migration of downstream of p53 regulator, p21.en_US
