臺北市立北投國民中學學生課後運動參與動機及阻礙因素之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在暸解臺北市立北投國民中學學生課後運動參與動機及阻礙因素之相關情形。透過自編問卷,採便利取樣方式進行調查,總計得到409份有效問卷,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較及皮爾森積差相關分析等方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現: 一、臺北市立北投國民中學學生運動參與時間以「假日、非假日兩者皆有」人數最多佔(47.9%);運動時段以「放學後」比例最高佔(72.1%);每週參與運動次數以「二次」者為主(32.5%);每次參與運動時間以「一至二小時」為最多,佔(48.4%);動參與友伴以「同學朋友」為主要對象(39.1%);參與運動地點比例最高為「學校」(32.3%);運動參與主要項目「籃球」,比例達(23.5%)。 二、臺北市立北投國民中學學生的運動參與動機排名前五項為:「可以增進身體健康」、「增進自己體適能」、「享受運動的樂趣」、「可以紓解生活的壓力和緊張」、「可以得到快樂」。 三、臺北市立北投國民中學學生的運動參與阻礙因素排名前五項為:「天候不佳」、「沒有時間」、「學業壓力繁重」、「沒有同伴的陪同」及「沒有適合的場地」。 四、不同「性別」、「年級」、「是否參與社團」、「住家運動環境」的臺北市立北投國民中學學生,在參與動機上有顯著差異。 五、不同「性別」、「年級」、「是否參與社團」的臺北市立北投國民中學學生,在參與阻礙上有顯著差異。 六、臺北市立北投國民中學學生參與動機及阻礙因素之間有顯著的負相關。
The purpose of thwas study was to understand the relation between the motives and barriers of students in Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School participation in after school sports. Through self-design questionnaires, we took samples in a convenient way and carry out investigation. We obtained 409 effective questionnaires which we analyzed with descriptive statwastics, Independent Sample t-Test, Independent One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s Method, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. The study results are as follows: 1.Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School has most students participate in sports “both holiday and weekday” (47.9%); “after school” has the highest proportion (72.1%); they mainly participate in sports “two times” a week (32.5%); time of participation in sports was “one to two hours” accounts the most (48.4%); the companions are “classmates and friends” (39.1%); the place of participation in sports was “school” accounts the highest proportion (32.3%); the most commonly sports was “basketball” (23.5%). 2.The top five motives of Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School students participation in sports are: “improve health,” “strengthen physical strength,” “enjoy in the fun of doing sports,” “relieve life pressure and tension,” and “happy.” 3.The top five barriers of Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School students participation in sports are: “bad weather,” “no time,” “heavy school work,” “no companion,” and “no suitable location.” 4.There were significant different in “gender,” “grades,” “whether joining in clubs,” and “household sport environment” of Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School students have prominent differences in participation motives. 5.There were significant different in “gender” “grades,” and “whether joining in clubs,” of Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School students have prominent differences in participation barriers. 6.The relation of participation motives and barriers of Taipei Municipal Beitou Junior High School students has prominent negative correlation.
