dc.description.abstract 本研究旨在探討國立暨私立高中職三年級實用技能學程學生學習滿意度。 研究經由文獻探討、問卷調查法以進行研究。問卷的形成乃先編製學習滿意度量表,再經由專家效度、信、效度分析修正量表,以完成正式問卷。 以國立暨私立高中職三年級實用技能學程學生為母群體,以分層叢集隨機抽樣方式,發放問卷有效問卷回收共1,129份,有效問卷回收率為82.1%。並將問卷資料編碼輸入電腦,再透過描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析、雪費事後比較檢定等統計方式,了解其差異情形。根據研究結果,本研究獲致結論如下: 壹、學生整體學習滿意度呈現「滿意」;其日、夜間上課模式在學習滿意度上達顯著性差異 貳、不同性別、不同學校隸屬、不同地區別、不同入學管道、是否就讀國中技藝教育、是否與現今就讀科系相關、不同編班方式,在整體上皆無明顯差異存在。 根據上述研究結果,最後提出具體建議,冀望技藝教育能更趨完善。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstract This study aimed to investigate the learning satisfaction of Public& Private Senior High School Students in the Practical Skill Program. The study applies literature review and questionnaire survey to the research. The formulation of questionnaire includes the preparation of learning satisfaction scale which is corrected by experts in terms of validity, reliability and reliability analysis before releasing the official questionnaire. The study adopts 12th graders from public and private senior high school and vocation senior high school students enrolling in practical skill program as the population, using stratified random sampling to issue a total of 1,129 valid questionnaires with a valid recovering rate of 82.1%. The questionnaire data are then inputted to the company and undergo descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis, and Scheffé test to understand the differences. The study reaches the following conclusion based on the research results: I. The overall student learning satisfaction to show “satisfied,” while the daytime and nighttime class models reach significant difference in learning satisfaction. II. There is not a significant difference between different gender, different school attributes, different regions, different enrollment channel, whether if enrolled at junior school vocational education, whether if studying relevant majors, and different class arrangement. The study finally proposes specific recommendations based on the abovementioned research results in attempt o improve vocational education. en_US
