Abstract
國民小學志工協力推展優質學校經驗之研究

本研究旨在探究國民小學志工協力推展優質學校之經驗,及其與志工管理和志工學習之關連。選擇推動優質學校具代表性之個案學校,以深度訪談為主,並輔以研究者長期深入研究場域的參與觀察,和相關文件的蒐集,進行質性研究的資料分析與呈現。本研究主要發現如下:(一)學校志工是推展優質學校的重要人力資源,以學生學習、資源統整、校園營造與學校文化為志工直接服務的主要向度;(二)志工協力推展優質學校的運作在於:志工大多具有在校生家長身份,而學校志工管理係採取自主管理與激勵措施,促使志工由輔助性人力轉型為學校教育的合夥關係人;(三)個案學校志工學習模式係透過服務學習、組織學習和職場學習三種方式共同建構,而有效的志工管理與志工學習是志工願意持續參與服務的關鍵因素。研究者並依據研究發現,提出相關建議。
An Investigation on the Participatory Experience of Elementary School Volunteers for Promoting School Quality ABSTRACT The main purpose of the study is to explore experience of elementary school volunteers for promoting school quality. The study also investigates how volunteer learning and volunteer management influenced their participatory experience in a Taipei elementary school chosen as a representative case. Furthermore, in-depth interviews, long term field-observations, and document-analysis techniques were used to collect data. The main findings based on the data analyses are as follows: (1) The service of the volunteers penetrated all dimensions of the Quality School Plan, especially in the domains of student learning, resource integration, campus planning and school culture building; (2) The volunteer supervision by the school resembled communicative self-management which encouraged the partnership between the school and the volunteer organization; (3) The various modes of service learning, organizational learning and workplace learning were combined to make the volunteers continue their service more faithfully.
