dc.description.abstract 本研究旨在探討不同專業發展階段諮商心理師的工作價值觀、共依附特質與生涯承諾的研究。本研究以臺灣地區288名碩二兼職實習心理師、碩三全職實習心理師、取得諮商心理師證書五年內之諮商心理師,以及取得諮商心理師證書五年以上的諮商心理師為研究對象,採取問卷調查法進行資料收集,所使用的工具包含「基本資料表」、「工作價值觀量表」、「共依附量表」和「生涯承諾量表」。調查結果分別以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關,以及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法處理。研究結果主要發現如下: 1.不同專業發展階段、性別的諮商心理師在工作價值觀分層面有顯著差異。 2.不同專業發展階段、性別、婚姻狀態、工作經驗的諮商心理師在共依附特質整體及分層面有顯著差異。 3.已婚的諮商心理師在生涯認定及生涯彈性高於未婚的諮商心理師。 4.諮商心理師之專業發展階段與共依附特質低度負相關;諮商心理師之工作價值觀與生涯承諾中度正相關;諮商心理師的共依附特質與生涯承諾有低度的負相關。 5.諮商心理師專業發展階段、工作價值觀、共依附特質對生涯承諾有部份預測力,外在價值、內在價值,以及透過關係獲得意義感為有效預測整體生涯承諾之變項,整體可解釋生涯承諾40.7%之變異量。 本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並針對諮商心理師相關教育與培訓單位,以及未來研究提供具體之建議。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among work values, codependency and career commitment at different counseling psychologist professional development phases. Participants in this study included 288 practicum students, psychology interns, and licensed counseling psychologists in Taiwan. The instruments were: (1) the work value scale, (2) the codependency scale, and (3) the career commitment scale. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression were used for analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1.There were significant differences in work value in different genders and different professional development phases. 2.There were significant differences in codependency in different genders, marital status, work experiences and professional development phases. 3.There were significant differences in career commitment in different marital status. 4.The professional development phases was negatively related to codependency, work value was positively related to career commitment and codependency was negatively to career commitment. 5.External values, internal values and captured a sense of purpose through relationships with others that could predict career commitment and account for 40.7% variance. Based on the results, implications of the study were discussed, and suggestions for further research were proposed. en_US
