Abstract

早期國內在探討教師領導大多侷限於班級經營,較少著重於教室外影響力發揮之探討,然隨著社會變遷及校園的民主化,校園生態有所轉變,教師領導之範圍已從教室內擴展至教室外,亦即教師應該將影響力的範疇擴大到教室外,對行政、同儕、家長及社會做出更多的貢獻。不論在理論或實務,近年來對於教師領導此一議題已逐漸受到重視。基於上述,本文首先探討教師領導的意涵,其次闡述分散式領導、專業學習社群與教師領導的關係,之後說明國內教師領導的研究成果,接著敘述教師領導的瓶頸,最後對於教師領導提出幾點省斯以供教育研究及實務之參考。
The purpose of the study is to explore the theory, practice and reflection of teacher leadership. In Taiwan area, the research of teacher leadership focused on the classroom management in the past. However, teachers should influence students, colleagues, parents, school development, and so on. Besides, the concepts of professional learning community, distributed leadership and teacher leadership are closely linked. Finally, the study provides some suggestions and reflection to improve the implementation and research of teacher leadership.
