技術型高級中等學校汽車科教師的教學信念之個案研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討技術型高級中等學校汽車科資深教師的教學信念,為了解汽車科教師如何將自身的動力機械群汽車科專業能力、產學經驗及教學信念等涵養結合成教學的具體應用,透過個案研究法執行,來解構汽車科教師在現職課室中的教學行為。本研究採用立意取樣,以四名任教二十餘年任教於新北市與桃園地區技術型高級中等學校汽車科在職教師作為訪談研究對象,研究歸納結論如下:一、教師們展現積極向上的精神,對汽車科高度認同,對教育充滿熱誠;教師們在選擇職業時,認為教職是一份受人敬重的工作,教職更像是一種志願和使命,具備正向的社會觀感。二、汽車科資深教師在教育現場展現的教學行為如下:認知層面:擁有豐富的專業知識,將行業趨勢和實際應用價值融入教學,提供個別化指導和建議,傳授所需的專業知識;技能層面:教師具備實踐經驗,注重引導學生思考和解決問題,提高學生的學習動機及理解能力;情意層面:教師展現耐心、愛心和幽默感,與學生建立良好關係,展示終身學習的態度和能力,激發學生的學習興趣和動力。三、訪談研究聚焦於現今汽車科課程能夠更好的與業界接軌,融入產業時事和真實案例;專業課程核心包括引擎、底盤原理與實習及基本電學三類專業技能,旨在提升學生的系統思考能力。汽車丙級術科檢定中,應強化引擎底盤的保養及檢修、機具設備操作及修護手冊查閱技能,以提高學生未來的就業競爭力。
This study aims to explore the teaching beliefs of experienced teachers in the automotive department of the vocational senior high schools. It seeks to understand how these teachers integrate their expertise in automotive mechanical engineering, industry experience, and teaching beliefs into practical teaching applications. Through case study methodology, the study deconstructs the teaching behaviors of automotive teachers in current classrooms. Purposeful sampling was employed, selecting four in-service teachers with over twenty years of teaching experience from technical high schools in New Taipei City and Taoyuan City as interview subjects. The study's conclusions are summarized as follows: First, the teachers exhibit a proactive spirit, hold a high regard for the automotive department, and are passionate about education. They view teaching as a respected profession, considering it a vocation and mission with a positive societal perception. Secondary, the teaching behaviors of experienced automotive teachers in the educational setting are as follows:Cognitive Aspect: They possess extensive professional knowledge, integrate industry trends and practical application values into teaching, provide individualized guidance and advice, and impart necessary professional knowledge.Skills Aspect: Teachers have practical experience, focus on guiding students to think and solve problems, and enhance students' motivation and understanding.Affective Aspect: Teachers show patience, care, and humor, establish good relationships with students, demonstrate a lifelong learning attitude and ability, and inspire students' interest and motivation in learning. Thirdly, the interview study focuses on how the current automotive curriculum can better align with industry practices, incorporating industry updates and real cases. The core professional courses include engine principles, chassis principles and practice, and basic electrical engineering, aiming to enhance students' systematic thinking abilities. In the automotive C-level technical certification, emphasis should be placed on engine and chassis maintenance and repair, machinery and equipment operation, and manual consultation skills to improve students' future employment competitiveness.
