影響高職電機電子群低入學成績而高學業成就表現學生之因素探討-----以台北市立松山工農為例

Abstract
本研究主要目的是在瞭解影響高職電機電子群低入學成績而高學業成就學生之相關因素,並提出因應策略。
研究者採取半結構式訪談,利用訪談日誌與逐字稿作為研究資料分析的主要來源。在每次訪談後,盡快將訪談錄音檔謄為逐字稿,以便將訪談過程真實的紀錄下來,最後再以次數分配來顯示各影響因素出現的次數,以找出影響程度較強的因素。
本研究獲致的主要結論如下:
一、在學校層面部分:學校環境、學校政策、教師態度、教學方式會影響到學生學習的表現。
二、在個人層面部分:自我效能、學習態度、學習習慣是影響學生學業成就的最重要因素。
三、在家庭層面部分:父母期望、管教方式是學生背後支撐的力量。
四、在社會層面部分:受到學校名氣以及企業偏愛國立大學學生的影響,導致學生在學業表現上更為積極。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the some factors that affecting students who have lower entrance score, but higher academic achievement in electric/electronic cluster of vocational high school (EEVHS). In this study, researcher used half-structured interview and got the primary useful data from interview diary and verbatim script. After interview, researcher change to text from record files as possible as researcher could, finally, to explore frequency of affecting factors from distribution table of frequency. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The environment and principle of school, teacher’s expectation, teaching styles would affect the academic achievement of students. 2. The self-efficiency, learning attitude and habit were the important factors that affecting student’s academic achievement. 3. The parent’s expectation and regulation of life were the power behind students. 4. The students were positive in academic achievement due to the famous enterprises favor to students who graduated from national university or college.
