dc.description.abstract本研究之動機係考量目前國內以網絡組織為主題之相關研究並不多見,尤其在教育行政領域方面,為能更深入地瞭解網絡組織的內涵,及其在學校間被應用之現況,故以臺北市公私立中小學為研究對象,來進行相關概念的探討,並針對未來學校應用網絡組織提出具體建議,以提供相關單位及人員作為參考。 為達成上述目的,本研究採文獻分析與調查研究二種方法進行資料,並以臺北市公私立高級中等以下學校(含高職)之行政人員,如校長、各處室主任及組長等,和非行政人員的教師(含代課教師或臨時聘雇教師或專業教練,但不包含學校工友或其他非編制內人員)為調查研究對象。 本研究自97年3月9日起,陸續寄出1,036份問卷,截至97年4月1日止,總計回收952份,回收率為91.89﹪,經扣除無效問卷38份後,實得有效問卷916份,有效問卷比率為88.41﹪。資料處理利用SPSS for Windows 12.0套裝軟體進行資料統計與分析。 綜合文獻分析與調查研究發現,獲致以下結論 一、北市中小學形成網絡組織的動機因素包括提高競爭力等七項,其中最主要之動機為獲得所需知識,惟學校實際上的主動程度,不如理想上那麼高。 二、北市中小學網絡組織之運作原則包括相互信賴等七項,其中參與成員間的信賴最被重視,惟各項原則間差距不大,顯示各項原則都重要,應該都要遵循。 三、北市中小學網絡組織類型以「關係強度」進行分類,主要屬於非正式網絡組織。 四、北市中小學網絡組織類型以「組織目標」進行分類,主要屬於兼有資源共享與活動合作之混合型網絡組織。 五、北市中小學網絡組織以「夥伴關係」進行分類,主要屬於兼有垂直整合與水平整合之混合型網絡組織。 六、北市中小學網絡組織以「規模大小」進行分類,主要屬於地域型網絡組織。 七、北市中小學網絡組織的合作內容,在資源共享方面以教學與課程相關的知識與技術共享及場地設施共享為主。 八、北市中小學所參與之網絡組織,其所從事的合作活動以辦理教師專業研習活動最多。 九、北市中小學選擇網絡組織夥伴所應考量之條件,包含合作意願高低共有八項,在實際上學校最優先考量的是對方合作意願高低,最不會考量的是彼此規模是否近似。 十、北市中小學網絡組織可能遭遇之困難與問題,包括缺乏推動誘因等九項,在實際上學校網絡組織最主要的遭遇問題就是缺乏推動誘因。 十一、北市中小學網絡組織在解決運作時所遭遇問題之有效方法包括使參與學校皆能共享資源等九項,在實際上被認為最有效且採行程度最高的方法亦是使參與學校皆能共享資源。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe motion of this study was that the studies about network organization were less in our country, especially in the area of education. In order to understand the motivation, principles of operation, types, range and problems of applying network organization among schools, this study chose the public and private high schools and elementary schools of Taipei city as the subjects, and the suggestions on applying network organization will be provided for reference. In order to achieve the purpose mentioned above, this study adopted literature analysis and research methods. The subjects of this study were administrators (including principals, directors and section chiefs) and teachers(including substitute teachers, athletic coaches).1036 questionnaires were mailed out on March 9th, and 952 were collected back up to April 1st. The rate of collection reached 91.89. With 38 invalid questionnaires crossed out, 916 were effective and the collection rate actually was 88.41. The data gained was processed and analyzed with SPSS for Windows 12.0. Conclusions: 1.The motivations of network organization of schools consist of seven items in Taipei city. Their main motivation is getting the knowledge which they need. All of the motivations are active instead of supervisors’ demands. Yet the degree of activeness is not as high as expected. 2.The principles of operation of network organization of schools can be generalized as seven items. The highest realization of these principles among Taipei schools was mutual trust. This shows that mutual trust and precise distribution of work are a little more important than skills of management, but there is no significant difference between these principles and they all should be followed. 3.Most of network organization among Taipei schools was informal. 4. Most of network organization among Taipei schools aim to share common resources and to foster cooperation in activities. 5. Most of network organization among Taipei schools are integrated both vertically and horizontally. 6.Most of network organization among Taipei schools are regional network organizations. 7.As for the sharing of resources among Taipei high schools and elementary schools, sharing of knowledge and techniques of teaching and curriculum has taken the highest percentage in terms of software while in terms of hardware. 8. When it comes to collaborative activities, seminars for teachers’ in-service training were held most often, while social study, science and mathematics the least. 9.Conditions to choose partners of network organization for schools include eight items. Taipei schools consider willingness in cooperation first when they choose partners for network organization. 10. The difficulties that school network organization may encounter can be generalized as nine items. The major problems that Taipei schools actually encounter are lack of promotional incentive. 11.Effective ways to solve the problems of network organization of schools can be generalized as nine items. The major way to solve the problems of network organization of schools is make the resource-sharing in equal.en_US
