醫療機構全職實習經驗對於新手諮商心理師專業發展之影響

Abstract

本研究旨在探討曾於醫療機構全職實習的新手諮商心理師，其全職實習經驗對於專業發展之影響。研究問題為二：（一）醫療機構全職實習經驗對於新手諮商心理師專業學習之影響為何；（二）醫療機構全職實習經驗對於新手諮商心理師實務工作之影響為何。本研究遵循現象學取向的質性研究，以半結構訪談蒐集研究資料，並運用主題分析法進行資料分析。研究共邀請四位符合受訪條件的新手諮商心理師作為研究參與者。 研究結果顯示，醫療機構全職實習經驗對於新手諮商心理師專業學習的影響有以下五點：「在醫療組織架構下進行跨專業合作學習」、「在醫療場域中發展以醫事人員為基礎之諮商專業角色」、「醫療機構實習影響諮商學派的選擇及發展方向」、「專督對於實習專業學習品質及成效的重要性」、「培養諮商專業於醫療場域所需知識及能力」。醫療機構全職實習經驗對於新手諮商心理師實務工作的影響則有以下四點：「醫療機構合作經驗影響工作選擇及合作能力」、「醫療機構實習經驗影響工作場域之考量」、「醫療機構全職實習有助了解自身適合之工作型態」、「醫療機構全職實習增進執業專長及優勢」。依據研究結果發現，研究者提供諮商學習者、諮商全職實習教育訓練者、醫療機構規劃諮商全職實習、未來研究相關建議。

The aim of this study is to explore the influence of full-time interns' experiences in hospitals on professional development of novice counseling psychologists. Two research questions are included in this study: (1) what is the influence of full-time interns' experiences in hospitals on professional learning of novice counseling psychologists; and (2) what is the influence of full-time interns' experiences in hospitals on professional practice of novice counseling psychologists. This study adopted the paradigm of qualitative research and phenomenological approaches. Data was collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed with a thematic analysis method. The researcher recruited 4 novice counseling psychologists who fit the criteria to participate in this study.Findings showed that the influence of full-time interns' experiences in hospitals on professional learning of novice counseling psychologists included: (a) characteristic of interprofessional collaboration learning; (b) development of professional role based on medical personnel; (c) choice and development of counseling therapies; (d) importance of supervisors for quality and effectiveness of professional learning; and (e) development of knowledge and competencies used in hospitals. The influence of full-time interns' experiences in hospitals on professional practice of novice counseling psychologists included: (a) cooperative experiences in hospitals affect cooperative competencies and career choice; (b) consideration in the workplace; (c) understanding the work styles; and (d) expanding areas of professional expertise. Based on the findings above, the researcher provided implications for counseling learners, counseling educators of full-time internships, hospitals offering counseling internships, and future research directions were presented.
