張麗俊《水竹居主人日記》收錄之對聯研究

Abstract

「對聯」，是歷史悠久、實用性極高的傳統漢文學，在台灣漢人社會中，「對聯」的運用極為普遍，人際禮俗以「對聯」為媒介加以連結深化，已成為一種特殊的文化傳統。 本論文以豐原人張麗俊(1868-1941)《水竹居主人日記》所收錄之「對聯」為研究對象，以對聯的「功能分類」為基礎，分別從「形式」與「內涵」兩大層面，探討這套日記中收錄的對聯。其次，從社會學的視野，探討對聯如何融入台灣傳統漢人生活圈，以瞭解「對聯」在臺灣漢人社會中的獨特性，及其特殊文化意涵，進而彰顯「對聯」的文化價值。全文共分六章，簡述如下： 第一章，緒論。第二章，《水竹居主人日記》收錄對聯的作品來源及功能分類，共分兩節：第一節「《水竹居主人日記》收錄對聯的作品來源」，第二節為「《水竹居主人日記》收錄對聯之功能分類」。第三章，《水竹居主人日記》收錄之「對聯」的內容分析。依對聯的功能，在各活動場域為背景進行內容分析，包含婚、喪、喜、慶、及堂門、廟宇和墳墓柱聯等。第四章，《水竹居主人日記》收錄「對聯」的結構形式與修辭藝術。依照「對聯」文學書寫體裁及內容特色，分別從「結構」、「書寫特色」、「修辭藝術」等三方面，對研究對象進行分析。第五章，《水竹居主人日記》」收錄對聯的文化意涵。以張麗俊為核心，觀察對聯所呈現的人際聯結意涵，以及對聯融入庶民生活的文化意義與價值。第六章「結論」，歸納本研究的成果與心得，並提出未來的展望。

New Year Couplet(Duilian) is a sort of traditional Han literature which has a long history and high value in practice. In Han society of Taiwan, New Year Couplet is widely used by inhabitants in daily life to be a medium when interacting with others and has already become a specific traditional culture. This dissertation focuses on Chang Li-Jun's, living in Fong-Yuan, New Year Couplet (Duilian) edited in a diary named「The diary of Chang Li-Jun,1868-1941: the Life of a Township Administrative Official.」 Basically, it is written according to the function of Duilian and is separated into two main different parts. One is the 「formation」 of New Year Couple and the other is the」contents」of it. Furthermore, this dissertation attempts to explore how New Year Couplet integrates itself with Han society in traditional Taiwan from the viewpoint of sociology. By doing that, the special characteristic, unique function and high vale of New Year Couplet in Han society can be revealed clearly. This dissertation has six chapters. They are as the followings: The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is related to the source of New Year Couplet in「The diary of Chang Li-Jun,1868-1941: the Life of a Township Administrative Official」and how the writer divide Duilian into different kinds. There are two main sections in this chapter. The first section deals with the source of New Year Couple and the second section concerns the classifications of Duilian in the diary. The third chapter analyses the contents of Duilian in the diary. According to the function of Duilian, this chapter tries to analyses its roles and functions in various situations and social activities. The chapter four focuses on the structure and art of rhetoric of Duilian. According to its writing style and features in content, this chapter explores three dimensions of Duilian. They are「structure of Duilian」,「features in writing」and「art of rhetoric of Duilian」. The chapter five discusses the cultural meaning of Duiliain in the diary. Based on Chang Li-Jun's work, observing why and how Duilian can associate people with others and its meaning and vale in daily life of normal people. The last chapter is conclusion. This chapter summarizes the result of this study and reflection of the investigator and attempts to offer some directions toward future research in this area.
