Abstract

慈輝班學生體驗教育課程之經驗 2015年6月 研 究 生:林坤男 指導教授:陳美燕 摘 要 「處於風險中的學生」(at-risk students),包括家庭變故、適應困難、行為偏差、復學生或需特別照顧的學生。「慈輝班」的學生更是屬於「風險中的危險!」慈輝班學生因個人背景因素,使得在傳統的學校教育上是長期失敗與無法獲得成就的社會階層底端、經濟弱勢的學生。本研究為個案研究,旨在探討臺灣北部某慈輝班學生的學習狀況、偏差行為成因,以及經由「體驗教育課程」以「做中學」的概念,於教育活動過程中所獲得的體驗與自己的經驗相結合,再透過反思產生新的經驗,並能將其轉換至生活上,進而內化成自我養分的學習過程。研究參與者:臺灣北部某慈輝班學生共四名。資料蒐集以半結構式訪談,輔以文件資料、照片引導、研究者日誌等做為資料多元檢核,以建立研究信實度,並在過程中進行分析,研究歸納出四個主題:我就是一個故事;不再是一個人;蛻變;以燭火使天燈光明、以教育使慈輝有愛。研究結論如下:一、慈輝班學生的學習成就、偏差行為的成因包括生活背景、家庭的成因。二、慈輝班學生進入國中就讀後與生活習慣的磨合、教育學習的感受、團隊規範的歷程。三、慈輝班學生的蛻變包含:自信、成就動機、同理心的養成。四、有燭火使天燈光明,以教育使慈輝有愛,說明了學生的成長紀錄與所學的延續。最後,提出實務應用與未來研究建議,提供教育工作者與研究者之參考。 關鍵詞:體驗教育課程、個案研究、慈輝班國民中學學生
A Case Study of Experiential Education Courses for the Tzihui Class Students June, 2015 Author: Lin, Kun-Nan Advisor: Chen, Mei-Yen Abstract The “at-risk student” includedfamily’s accident, adjustment difficulties encountered, deviant behavior, reentry in midway-resources-classes, and students have to be concerned about, and students of “TzihuiClass” particularly in highly risk. According to different personal background of students of “TzihuiClass”, the traditional school education developed incapable and failed influence for these economic vulnerable groups and underprivileged minority. This study which was a case study to explore students’ learning status and deviant behavior in a “TzihuiClass” in northern Taiwan. The case study based on the concept of experiential education courses and learning by doing, and the activity process also emphasized the self-experience combination for reflection to internalization. There were four participants students of “TzihuiClass” in northern Taiwan. We used the semi-structured interview, and multivariate data check of document, pictures guidance, and researcher diary to establish reliability, and validity and eventually induce four subjects: “I am a story”; “Not alone”; “a qualitative change”; “The candle light the dark, the Tzihui Class love”. The conclusions were as fellow: 1. The causes of living and family background of cause of “TzihuiClass” students. 2. A process for living habits, learning cognition, and team discipline of “TzihuiClass” students. 3. The changes for confidence, achievement motivation, and empathy of “TzihuiClass” students. 4. The love of the Tzihui Class, record and continue students education. At last, this study proposed practical suggestions for education workers, researchers, and future study.
