高職學校綜合職能科教師工作壓力、負向情緒調適預期與憂鬱情緒之相關研究
Abstract
本研究旨在探討高職學校綜合職能科教師憂鬱情緒現況及教師工作壓力、負向情緒調適預期與憂鬱情緒之相關情形,分析不同背景變項在教師工作壓力與憂鬱情緒的差異情形,並以不同背景變項、教師工作壓力、負向情緒調適預期作憂鬱情緒的預測分析。
本研究採問卷調查法,共發出300份問卷,回收274份問卷,有效問卷219份,回收率91.3%,有效問卷回收率為77.7%,並以SPSS 13.0 中文版進行資料分析,以獨立樣本t考驗、Pearson積差相關、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸等,進行統計考驗,主要結論如下:
一、高職學校綜合職能科教師憂鬱情緒為中低程度。
二、不同背景變項之高職學校綜合職能科教師,僅教育程度對憂鬱情緒有顯著差異。
三、不同背景變項之高職學校綜合職能科教師其工作壓力有顯著差異。
四、高職學校綜合職能科教師工作壓力與憂鬱情緒呈正相關。
五、高職學校綜合職能科教師負向情緒調適預期與憂鬱情緒呈負相關。
六、工作負荷、一般性調適、學生方面、年資2-3年、專業方面、年資1年能有效預測高職學校綜合職能科教師的憂鬱情緒。
The purpose of this study was to get the circumstances about depressive mood of vocational high school teachers in the department of special education and technological programs and to understand the correlation among teachers’ job stress, expectancies for negative mood regulation and depressive mood. The differentiation of teachers’ job stress and depressive mood was analyzed for regarding background variables, afterward, the prediction of depressive mood was made by using background variables, teachers’ job stress and expectancies for negative mood regulation. This study adopted the investigation method of the questionnaire. During 69 departments of special education and technological program in vocational high schools, We make investiation questionnaire to send 300 teachers in different school. Thereafter, the actually returned questionnaires were 274 copies while 219 coipes were effective. The returned ratio was 91.3%, and the effective returned ratio was 75.71%. The data of the questionnaires was analyzed by the SPSS for Windows 13.0 to perform t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression. The major results can be arranged as follows: 1. The level of the teachers’ depressive mood in departments of special education and technological program in vocational high schools was lower middle. 2. In the different background variables, only the educational level of the teachers’ in departments of special education and technological program in vocational high schools showed significant influence on depressive mood. 3. There was a significant difference in job stress of teachers with different background variables in departments of special education and technological programs in vocational high schools . 4. There was a positive linear relationship between teachers’ job stress and depressive mood in departments of special education and technological program in vocational high school. 5. There was a negative linear relationship between expectancies for negative mood regulation and depressive mood in departments of special education and technological program in vocational high school. 6. For work overload, generality regulation, students, the seniority of 2-3-year, Professional and the seniority of 1-year can effectively predict depressive mood of in departments of special education and technological program in vocational high school.
