閒置空間再利用之研究-華山1914文化創意產業園區之個案分析

dc.description.abstract  全球化思維之衝擊下激發出在地化的火花,為達到環境永續,從古蹟保存至閒置空間活化再利用的發展至今,華山1914文創園區過去為一閒置空間再利用的個案,現今已成為政府積極推動文化創意產業發展政策的文創產業園區。   過去以政府為首採取「由上而下」之治理途徑,隨著空間解嚴、民主社會與民意政治之興起輔以「由下而上」的模式,在華山1914文創園區中則提供民間團體參與公共事務與空間經營之機會,即為政府與經營者「雙向道」的公私協力夥伴關係,然而華山作為一產業園區,其具備經濟效益的政策以及扶植藝文團體展演的公益性目的,商業行為與公益使命之間如何連結;華山1914文創園區為市定古蹟與歷史建物,具有豐富的歷史與文化意義,故此一公共空間可為社會教育中文化體驗和文化教育的場域;空間能夠永續經營需要民眾的參與,透過公民意識與公民參與行為探討參與華山1914文創園區的民眾特性,參與民眾提供建議以供政府與經營者在未來華山的發展和方向能夠永續經營。最後,依據研究發現提出研究建議,以供政府與實務界參考。   本研究採取文件分析、半結構式深度訪談法與問卷調查法等方法進行,深度訪談內容以質化分析軟體MAXQDA進行分析,而問卷調查內容則是以SPSS19.0進行分析,研究發現則由文化培力之政府、文化經濟之經營團隊與文化創意之參與民眾,分析上述三者間資源合作的方式、資源涉入的程度以及資源的影響。   透過資料分析,進而得出本研究結論:一、文化培力與文化經濟:公私協力夥伴的關係與促參法的結構因素;二、文化經濟與文化創意:空間定位特殊性與參與群眾之特性;三、文化創意與文化培力:文化體驗與文化教育;四、華山1914文創園區空間性的社會生產:園區變遷過程、雙向道互動模式以及混和性經營模式。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe thought of globalization attacks the localization to achieve the environment sustainability. In the process of historic monuments preservation to adaptive reusing of unused spaces, the Hushan1914 Creative Park was an adaptive reusing case before. But now the government promotes the cultural and creative industry policy, it has become a creative park already. The Government takes the governance approach of top-down in the past. While the democratic society, public opinion and spaces reusing inspire the bottom-up approach. In the case, the government and management team take two-way traffic to their public-private partnership. A creative park has both of the economic benefits and public welfare missions, one of the research purposes is how to connect with them. Huashan1914 Creative Park has plentiful cultural and historical meanings as a cultural experience and cultural education spaces. According to civic engagement, the research wants to interpret the citizen’s relationship between civic awareness attitude and civic engagement behavior in Hashan1914 Creative Park. Based on research finding, researcher gives some suggestions for the government and management team. The study undertakes document analysis, semi-structural interview and questionnaire survey. The content of in-depth interviewing applies MAXQDA and questionnaire survey uses SPSS19.0 to analyze.In accordance with research findings mainly include the following aspects: 1.Cultural empowerment and cultural economic: public-private partnership and participation in infrastructure factors. 2. Cultural economic and cultural creative: the specific of spaces and civic characteristic.3. Cultural creative and cultural empowerment: cultural experience and cultural education. 4. The social production of Hushan1914 Creative Park spaces: the change of the creative park, two-way traffic models and mixed manage model.en_US
