電腦模擬教學應用於可程式控制實習之學習成效研究

Abstract

本研究主要目的在探討高職電機科「可程式控制實習」課程實施電腦模擬軟體教學之學習成效。以北部某高工電機科二年級甲班共42人為實驗對象,分別為實驗組21人與控制組21人,實施為期八週24小時的實驗教學。採前測、後測之準實驗研究設計。實驗教學前先對全體樣本進行認知學習前測,其目的在瞭解實施實驗教學前學生於專業基礎能力上的差異。實驗組採電腦模擬軟體教學,控制組採用傳統講述實習教學,教學後分別實施認知學習後測及技能學習測驗,以評量學生學習成效,且實驗組加測電腦模擬教學學後滿意度量表。 本研究採用獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、單因子共變數分析、及描述統計方法考驗研究假設。本研究結論如下: 一、高職電機科「可程式控制實習」課程,實施電腦模擬教學之實驗組學生,認知學習成就測驗成績未顯著優於傳統講述教學控制組學生。 二、高職電機科「可程式控制實習」課程,實施電腦模擬教學之實驗組學生,技能學習成就測驗成績顯著優於傳統講述教學控制組學生。 三、實驗組學生對於電腦模擬教學的滿意度問巻結果統計,可知實驗組學生在認知、技能、情意三個向度都是滿意,顯示學生對電腦模擬教學之整體反應為「滿意」。 本研究建議如下: 一、「可程式控制實習」課程每週三節,使用電腦模擬教學或傳統講述教學,上課時間皆不足,教學過程太倉促,學生沒有足夠時間操作練習,所以建議三年級「可程式控制實習」教學時數可再增加。 二、使用電腦模擬軟體是安全、經濟、有效率的教學,值得在高職電機科「可程式控制實習」課程教學推廣使用。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of applying computer simulation instruction system to the PLC course on students in the department of electrical engineering at vocational senior high school. The participants were the 42 students of Class A of the-second - grade in the department of electrical engineering of one vocational high school in northern.They were divided into two groups. There were 21 people in the experimental group, 21 people in the control group.This experimental teaching took twenty-four hours in total during the treatment of eight weeks.The experimental design of this study was quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design.Prior to teaching, the professional basic capabilities for students were evaluated by the pretest.The experimental group was to be taught by the computer simulation teaching,another one was to be taught by the traditional teaching mode.At the final, knowledge examination and technical test were applied to evaluate the effectiveness of learning. And the experimental group filled in a satisfaction questionnaire after computer-simulation teaching. The data of this study was analyzed by independent samples t-test, ANOVA,ANCOVA analysis and descriptive statistics. The findings and conclusions are listed as follows: First, comparing with the traditional teaching method, students didn’t clearly show higher learning achievements in the cognitive level of “PLC Course” when the Computer- Simulation teaching method was adopted. Second, students showed more obvious learning achievements in practical skills of “PLC Course” with the Computer Simulation teaching method than with the traditional teaching method. Third, according to the statistical results of computer simulation teaching satisfaction questionnaire,students in the experimental group were satisfied with the three aspects of cognition,skill,and affection.It showed students were satisfied with whole computer-simulation teaching Some suggestions are listed in the following according to the results of the research: First,there are three PLC course classes per week.Time is insufficient for the computer simulation teaching or traditional teaching mode. Teaching process is too hasty and students do not have enough time to practice. It is proposed that the teaching hours of PLC course in third grade can be further increased. Second,using computer simulation teaching is safe,efficient and economy.So it is worth being popularized to PLC course in the department of electrical engineering at vocational senior high school.
