dc.description.abstract 本研究旨在探究幼稚園教師對親師互動看法、作法與轉變,並由研究所得提出具體建議,作為改善幼師與家長親師互動之參考。本研究以半結構訪談法進行研究,研究對象為十位臺北縣市公私立幼稚園教師。研究結果如下: ㄧ、十位幼師的親師互動看法可分成六點:1.重視專業學習與成長,2.運用互動技巧來獲得家長認同,3.傳遞親職知能,4.尋求並建立支援網絡,5.尊重家長並了解家庭文化,6.對家長參與有不同的觀點。 二、在幼稚園親師互動的作法非常多元化,可歸納為三大類型:1.文字互動,2.言語互動,3.團體方式的互動。但也因太過多元,而對老師造成負擔。 三、十位幼師中有七位對親師互動看法與作法有明顯轉變,且轉變主要原因有兩點:1.經歷結婚生子產生角色之轉變,2.遭遇重大親師互動事件之影響。 四、十位幼師中多數對親師角色有頗清楚之認知,且多將家長視為朋友或合作夥伴。幼師對家長角色之見解有五種:1.家長是教養者,多以母親為主;2.家長是教師學習對象;3.家長如朋友;4.家長是顧客或合作夥伴;5.家長是學習者與接受幫助者。 依據之前所述結論,本研究對幼教老師、園所、師培機構及未來研究者提出建議。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstract The main purpose of this study was to explore the kindergarten teacher’s viewpoints、practices and change of the parent-teacher interaction. And the suggestions were employed as the reference to better the interaction between the kindergarten teachers and parents according to the research result. The study used the semi-structure interview method to collect the data from 10 kindergarten teachers of public and private kindergartens in Taipei. The results of this research includes: Firstly, 10 kindergarten teachers’ viewpoint of the parent-teacher inter -action can be divided into six points. 1.Respecting professional learning and growing. 2.Using interact technique to acquire an approbation from parents. 3.Delivering the knowledge of parenting education. 4.Looking for and building up the supporting network. 5.Respecting the parents and understanding family culture. 6. Having different standpoints with the parent participation in school. Secondly, The practices of the parent-teacher interaction in kindergartens are very diversified, and can being induced into three kinds:1.The interaction on writing, 2.The interaction on talking, 3.The interaction of group method. Thirdly, seven kindergarten teachers were having obvious change in the parent-teacher interaction. The reason of the change mainly includes two points. 1.The experience about matrimony produced the change of role. 2.Suffering from major parent-teacher conflict. Forthly, most of the ten kindergarten teachers understand well about the role of the teacher and parent. And most kindergarten teachers thought that the parent is a friend or partner to cooperate with . They have five viewpoints of parent's role:1.Parents, mostly mother are to bring up their children. 2.The parent is the object that the teacher learns. 3.The parent is like friends. 4.The parent is customer or cooperation object. 5.The parent is also the learner who accepted help as well. According to former conclusions, researcher provided several recommendations to the kindergarten teacher、the kindergarten、the teacher development organization and future researcher. en_US
