高中體育班學生學習經驗、生涯自我效能與生涯決定關係之研究

Abstract
我國的競技運動成績優異,其成果源於一貫的選手培育體制,而大部分的選手皆來自於體育班,高中體育班正處於生涯發展的關鍵階段,然而追求運動成績的同時卻也發現了學業與生活適應不良的問題,進而對後續的生涯決策與發展產生影響。本研究探討高中體育班學生學習經驗、生涯自我效能與生涯決定的現況與關聯性並以111學年度就讀高中體育班之600名學生為研究對象,透過「高中體育班學生學習經驗、生涯自我效能與生涯決定關係之研究調查問卷」進行調查,共獲得588份有效問卷,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析檢驗,獲得以下結論:一、 高中體育班學生在學習經驗方面,以「教師教學」感受度最高;在生涯自我效能方面,多數學生認為生涯「自我瞭解評估」最具信心;生涯決定的方面,「生涯已定」程度為較高。二、 高中體育班學生與不同背景變項分析之結果,不同年級、學業成就、運動成就在「學習經驗」具有顯著差異;不同性別、年級、學業成就、專長種類在「生涯自我效能」具有顯著差異;不同性別、年級、專長種類在「生涯決定」具顯著差異。三、 高中體育班學習經驗與生涯自我效能可預測生涯決定,其中以「自我瞭解評估」最高,其次為「目標選擇決定」、「學習環境」、「教師教學」。四、 生涯自我效能對高中體育班學生學習經驗與生涯決定之關係具部分中介效果。基於上述研究結果,高中體育班學生處於生涯發展的關鍵階段,可透過正向的學習經驗,提升自我瞭解與評估,藉以強化生涯自我效能,降低對生涯的阻礙,進而增加生涯決定的信心。

The current situation of students in senior high school athetic class students. In terms of learning experience, their teachers’ teachings are the most popular among students. In terms of career self-efficacy, most students think they know the direction they want. In terms of career decisions of students in senior high school athetic classes, their careers are already set. More than undecided.2. The results of the variable analysis of senior high school athetic class students and different backgrounds show that there are significant differences in learning experience among different grades, academic achievements, and sports achievements; there are significant differences among different genders, grades, academic achievements, and types of expertise; there are significant differences among different genders, grades, and expertise Types have significant differences in career decisions.3. senior high school athetic class learning experience and career self-efficacy can predict career decisions, among which self-understanding evaluation is the highest, followed by goal selection and decision-making.4.
