成年初顯期青年生涯調適力與主觀幸福感之相關研究──以勇氣為中介變項

Abstract

本研究目的旨在解臺灣成年初顯期青年之生涯適應資源對生涯發展與心理健康的關係。成年初顯期青年的生涯適應包括生涯調適力、勇氣,研究欲探究兩者與主觀幸福感之間的關係,並加入生活變動感知做為前置變項,探討生涯調適力、勇氣在生活變動感知對主觀幸福感間的中介效果。本研究之研究法採問卷調查法,針對18~26歲之成年初顯期青年進行線上問卷蒐集,共回收624份有效問卷。研究工具包含:生涯調適力量表、臺灣大學生勇氣量表、生活變動感知問卷、中國人幸福感量表(簡短版)。研究結果發現:一、成年初顯期青年的生涯調適力(包含:生涯關注、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心)、勇氣(包含:積極面對、挑戰創新)能夠聯合預測主觀幸福感。二、成年初顯期青年的勇氣(包含:積極面對、挑戰創新)在生涯調適力(包含:生涯關注、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心)對主觀幸福感間,具有中介效果。三、成年初顯期青年的生活變動感知、生涯調適力(包含:生涯關注、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心)、勇氣(包含:積極面對、挑戰創新)能夠聯合預測主觀幸福感。四、成年初顯期青年的生涯調適力(包含:生涯關注、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯信心)、勇氣(包含:積極面對、挑戰創新)在生活變動感知對主觀幸福感間,具有雙中介效果。最後,根據研究結果提出本研究之建議,並提供生涯輔導工作者在實務工作之參考。
The study aimed to explore the relationship among career adaptability resources, career development, and mental health of emerging adulthood youth in Taiwan. Career adaptability resources of emerging adulthood youth included career adaptability and courage. Researcher intended to investigate their relationship with subjective well-being; while the perception of life changing was served as an antecedent variable. The study further explored the mediating role of career adaptability and courage between the link of life changing perception and subjective well-being. The method of this study was survey techniques, collected 624 valid sample of emerging adulthood youth with the age from 18 to 26 via online questionnaire. Instruments comprised “Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Taiwanese Form,” “Chinese Happiness Inventory,” “Scale of Courage for Taiwanese College Students,” and “Life Changing Perception Inventory.” Results were as follows: 1. The career adaptability (concern, control, curious, and confidence) and courage (facing the problems actively and positively, accepting one’s wrongdoing responsibly) jointly predicted subjective well-being of emerging adulthood youth. 2. Courage (facing the problems actively and positively, accepting one’s wrongdoing responsibly) partially mediated the relationship between career adaptability and subjective well-being of emerging adulthood youth. 3. Life changing perception, career adaptability (concern, control, curious, and confidence), and courage (facing the problems actively and positively, accepting one’s wrongdoing responsibly) jointly predicted subjective well-being of emerging adulthood youth. 4. Career adaptability (concern, control, curious, and confidence) and courage (facing the problems actively and positively, accepting one’s wrongdoing responsibly) played dual mediating effects between the relationship of emerging adulthood youths’ life changing perception and subjective well-being. Based of these findings, researcher provided some suggestions to practitioners of career guidance.
